So we were debating on whether or not to go with a Dyson... But it wasn't in our budget. This vacuum has really worked great, it has powerful suction and is pretty lightweight. The clear canister gets full pretty quickly, but you can see it so it's not like you have to keep guessing when to empty it. The cord is also quite long so you can go a good distance without having to change outlets.

Love my Shark vac. Lightweight and easy to use. Attachments change easily and easy to empty dust and dirt. Just what I was looking for. Pretty good pickup on rugs--great on hard surfaces.

Practically does the vacuuming by itself! It's very light, does a great job on both carpets and floors, and is easy to empty.

I have a small townhouse, and this vacuum is perfect. It works on thick carpets, vinyl floors, and laminate floors. It is very strong, and has two settings. It is also easy to empty.

I compared this to a similar Dyson. Although the Dyson had a cordless battery, the Shark has better suction, ease of use, and multiple attachments for less than half the price.

Love the size and easy to use. Does carpet and floors and has terrific power. The vacuum pulls you, you dont have to push it.

This is a great vac all in all. Love that you don't have to recharge as this vac has a 30ft cord. It is great on hard floors as well as carpets. If you have pets, you may have to empty the unit more frequently. Did not find this objectionable. ( 2 cats in the house ) Unit is very maneuverable and can get into small spaces easily.

amazing, picks up everything very light weight and easy to use, i have a cat so this is just amazing honestly like the dyson but much more reasonably priced

Great little vacuum! Super strong, lightweight, great attachments. Bought it on Black Friday for half price, and it has been my favorite! A must buy.

can't believe how great it is to use on my old carpet. Gets deep down and really light weight to use. That was one of my needs, to have a very light weight vacuum. Also the versatility of the vacuum. Lets me get into corners with ease. Great feature to let me disconnect top handle portions to get into tight spaces and also under low table, furniture, etc: Shark Rocket bagless

I bought this because our we have an older model Bissell that was big and bulky and losing suction, so we decided to replace with something a little easier to handle and better suction and so far this thing works great. Thought about getting the cordless, but it was a really good deal on this one. Wife likes it a lot and I like it when using on the stairs.

This vacumn is great for getting in tight spaces. Very light and easy to operate. Has a long cord.

This is the best vacuum we have bought in 25 years of owning a home. It is powerful and lightweight and easy to get into tight spaces. The only drawback is that there is no place to attach the accesory tools. Other than that it is great.

This is quite lightweight, and it has very powerful suction. Using the hose, it sucks up cobwebs easily from walls and ceilings. It has a cord, which I appreciate since I tend to lose cords. The dust cup is easy to empty, and no bag is needed. There's nothing I dislike about it.

This vac is perfect for all vaccuuming scenarios. I cannot life super heavy things and this was perfect as it allows me to use it as an upright or just use the hose for hard to reach areas. It's powerful and easy clean up as it's bagless. I would say be careful when you are dumping out contents. It can easily get all over the place if you are not careful.

Even thought I have two powerful canister vacuums, I wanted something for quick clean ups. I live in a church parish house which is regularly used for meetings and potluck dinners. This fits the bill perfectly. It's light, has good suction and allows me to do a quick clean before and after events. And I can empty the dust cup outside directly into the trash, so that I am not reintroducing any of the dirt back into the house..

Everything about this product is simple, easy and efficient. The suction is great... the versatility fantastic... the ease of storage and keeping the product clean, nothing short of amazing. This really is a great product and i would recomend it to everyone.

I love this very versatile vacuum. It works in spaces that previously required things to be moved (like washer and dryer) and picks up absolutely everything. The head swivels, making it easier to vacuum around furniture.
