Does not smell

The units air filter does a good job at preventing odor from cumulating in the house. One thing I don’t like is, on high pyle (?) carpets it keeps showing the red light like it’s getting jammed. It did this out of the box. So I will either exchange it for another If the same or call shark. And there is no “height” adjustment on this vacuum. Instead they use an air vent so you can manually adjust suction pressure. I think the vent is a great idea for the wand, but maybe a flaw for carpets like mine.
