Been using this Shark for over a year and it's been keeping up with dog hair and children. It cost less and less finicky than the Dyson we had so that's a big plus.

This is a very good vacuum, but I liked the previous design better since it hat the power on/off switch right at the handle, you can turn it on/off with one hand while vacuuming, but this new design they move the switch down to the dust tank

This vacuum picks up long hair and doesn't tangle it up in the roller, you still have to clean it out but it is not the horrid mess most other vacuums become. Both myself and my husband love this thing!

This vacuum really is worth the money! I have 4 kids and there seems to always be something that I have to clean up. I hate sweeping and this vacuum lets me switch between carpet and flooring instantly. It has saved me so much time when cleaning!

Love it. Does everything I wanted it to. I have had the same vacuum for 15 years and it is sturdy but that in comparison to more modern styles now was difficult to both clean and do all of our cleaning with. I’ve loved using this vacuum.

Nice product. The features are nice. The suction hose dose not stay attached to the body when vacuuming and bounces around, very annoying. They should have made a better way for it to stay attached while doing upright vacuuming.

Shark vacuums never disappoint. Love my new vac! Amazing how much dirt it picks up and love how the it has the ability to go in hard to reach places like the brand that looks like a ball. My second Shark and won't be my last.

Very good quality vacuum cleaner, it has strong suction and I was really impressed with this machine's ability and power over all. The drawback I would point out is the self cleaning brush didn't work as advertised, hair was still tangled in the brush.

This vacuum is awesome, with good suction power. A little heavy for some maybe, but suction is phenomenal. Would recommend this product especially for high traffic areas. I shampoo my carpets less often with this vacuum.

This Shark Vacuum has a lager head then our older shark so it takes less passes then normal. That is a nice feature. The vacuum it self has done an awesome job. I would defiantly recommend this Shark Vacuum! Great buy since we got it on a daily deal!

Great value for the money. cleans well. hard to figure out I guess I’ll have to read the manual lol. I put it together without looking at anything. A little bulky is self driven

I purchased this vacuum when my other Shark stopped rotating. I called Best Buy and they said I could return it for a new one since I had a service contract with them.

Pros -Great at cleaning up pet hair -Lightweight Canister for cleaning steps -Long hair does not get caught in rollers Cons -Removing canister to empty is not very intuitive -Front roller keeps popping off of ours

This shark does a great job with pet and people hair, and makes things easier with a self-cleaning roller brush. It does require a soap and water cleaning of the dirt compartment after each use. And that's a pain.

Fabulous product. The only thing I wish I could change is the length of the handheld attachment handle. It’s too long and I lack control while vacuuming stairs it wobbles all of the place bc it’s so long

The vacuum seems to work very well, I was displeased with ordering through Best Buy because my package was opened, and so are the individual packages inside the box it appears to me that maybe someone assembled it and returned it.

Love the product. Thanks for the recommendation. It’s doing the job I expected. It replaced a Kirby and cleans just as well if not better. I would recommend it to others looking for a new vacuum. Aww

Good vacuum. My only complaint is the width of the brushes. Seems narrow when compared with the vacuum I am replacing. Not a big deal, you just have to make an extra "pass" when vacuuming the hallway.
