broke on 31st day. too late to exchange. fought with shark and they sent the part that broke. seems to work ok now. started off great though.

Amazing vacuum! Works wonders in picking up pet hair on carpet. The hard surface suction is also great. I recommend getting this on discount, probably around Black friday.

This is my third Shark and this is one of the best models. Easy to use, very light, picks up everything. Worth the cost.

Really struggled on whether to go with this or a Dyson for almost double the cost. Glad I went with this. Does it’s job well and the self cleaning is great

Overall the vacuum has worked about as expected. Hair still causes it to act up. We’ve had to clean out the tube because it can get clogged. I like how easily you can detach the canister.

Good vacuum for getting around hard areas and furniture. Like that it assembled without having to use any tools. Changing the canister is effortless. Overall a good product.

Went from a Dyson to Shark. Like the extra large canister to hold more dirt. Sometimes a little difficult to put foot on base to let down. Other than that it’s great!!!

The best vacuum cleaner we have ever bought. We have bought vacuum cleaners that has costed as much as $1500 and they aren't nowhere good as this one.

This has been a solid vacuum so far. It’s relatively quite, does a great job picking up dirt/dust. My only complaint is that there are not enough spots for the attachments.
