This is not my first Shark vacuum cleaner, but it is my favorite. This works well on my linoleum floors, and equally as well on my carpet. I have a long haired cat, and it didn't take long to suck up all kinds of hair and debris that my older vacuum missed.

This thing can suck up anything. I don't think my carpet has ever looked cleaner in one go. Absolutely, highly recommend it. It's much better than my old vacuum and the built quality of the vacuum is great. definitely worth the price.

We had used Dyson Animal vacuum for several years but this vacuum is much better; easier to clean, pet hair doesn’t get tangled in vacuum, amd was about $100 cheaper; I do recommend accidental damage warranty on any vacuum

This vacuum sucks! And it should. Lots of nice features, particularly the Lift Away canister design. Very handy. The vacuum works well for our carpets, hardwood floors and all the little hard to get at nooks. So far it's been an excellent product.

Best vacuum I have owned. Love the lift away feature for stairs. Love the dual brushes makes moving from any floor surface to another easy. However spin brush attachment is not great. The belt is to thin and causes brush to bind up and not properly spin.

I recently adopted a dog and quickly learned my old vacuum was not going to cut it! Dog hair!!! I picked this one up and wow!!!! The suction this thing has, even on hard floors will suck up a small rug! Lol. Well worth the investment.

Replaced an old Shark that we wore out. This is the 3rd Shark that we have purchased over the years. Shark vacuums are good quality for the price. This new one has the second brush bar for hard floors which is a great addition

Early Christmas gift for the family. We really like the Shark line of vacuums. The earlier model we had was "borrowed" by my son when he moved out, so we bought a newer model. The DuoClean feature is awesome.

We have had trouble settling on a vacuum that can handle hard surface and carpets equally. This one has done the trick. We love the detachability option. It makes vacuuming stairs a breeze Great with pet hair as well.

We bought this for my boyfriends mom. Who has her 5 grand children & 7 dogs 4 adults living there. The vacuum works wonderful and keeps the carpet clean. Will be buying myself one soon. Also plan on gifting another one.

Best vacuum I have ever owned. I've spent a fortune on others that cost way more, but they didn't work half as good. I have a little carpet, mostly hardwood, tiny bit of tile.

It has a harder time making corners and feels heavier than expected. So far, it has been okay with suction but not as good as our prior model.

i had a dyson cinetic that basically died exactly at 5 years and 2 days. tried to save it, but time of death was determined so back to best buy i went. THIS SHARK is BETTER than the robot vacuum i have. it sucks up EVERYTHING and my long hair, dog hair, and what not doesn't get tangled in the brush roll. if you vacuum up a lego or some trinket, it goes into a separate compartment in the canister for easy retrieval. four people and two dogs, and i can't stop raving about this vacuum. i only gave it four stars because it did not come with a crevice tool and the hose connection insert dismantles when i try to vacuum so that's annoying. other than that, shark all the way. im never looking back.

bought this as a gift, she said, It's the best vacuum she ever owned. the have a cat and they couldn't believe what the old vacuum left behind.

A year later and I still LOVE this vacuum! It is a little heavy to push at times but it makes up for it with the efficiency. It gets all my husky's hair up quickly!

Our previous vacuum was the Dyson animal...... something something something........ it had a good run of 6 or 7 years. Wife was in the middle of vacuuming when it let all the smoke out. So que the "quick" hour long trip to the local Best Buy after a 12 hour work shift. Get this gem loaded up, head home. Lets say it was 9pm-ish. She had to get it out of the box and give it a test run. Loved it so much she vacuumed the entire house. Hard wood floors included. She loves this thing. Its a dirt sucker!! Very agile, not real quiet, but its a vacuum. Not a leisurely drive in your Bentley Continental. Noise is just something you are gonna have to deal with. Easy to dump the canister. Seems the no hair wrap thing works well so far. If things change i will update.

I have purchased Shark in the past and will keep buying their products. When the opportunity arises, I would buy a Dyson, but after using the Shark, I am in no rush.

So I had bought the other shark model that’s priced at 249 and it was bad. The made the pipes and tubing smaller, which lead to more clogs in the canister, and eventually in the tube. This one is more like the older one.
