great item for the price. shaky does a good job !!

Seems to work well cleaning hard floors. Easy to use.

I love it. I have the older product and decided to treat myself with something new. My dog forever tracks in mud after a good rain and i would constantly go over that area with my older steam mop. This product scrubbed my floors. I love it!

I liked the idea of the scrubbing brushes but it did not work on my floors. The brushes spun but did not get wet enough and spin fast enough to cover the floor evenly with cleaning pressure. Instead it left spiral looking wet marks on the floor that dried and did not look clean. If you looked at the floor you could see where the brushes went around in circles. This might work if I mopped much slower or had floors that did not reflect the scrub marks, but it didn't work for me.

Good product for light cleaning, needed something tougher on tile. This is good for a basic clean every once in a while. Wish the pads were better and the motors were more aggressive

I love my new shark steam mop. It almost makes mopping fun. It does such a great job not just on my tile floors but also on my hardwood floors. I give this item a very enthusiastic 2 thumbs up!!

I love this steamer I originally had the purple shark steamer but this is like a home version of a commercial steamer. I did not expect it to spin that hard lol. I have a dog so I steam my floors quite often. I love it

Works well, but emits a very unpleasant smell when it is being operated. I hoped it would start to dissipate after several uses but it’s still bad. Overall a good value though.

it’s okay…not the scrubbing action i imagined it would have. it heats up fairly quick, & it cleaned my floor tiles nicely, but did nothing for cleaning the grout.

So far so good! We upgraded our old steam mop to this Shark model, and it cleans great. I will update as we go along, but for now, this seems like a great steam mop!

Works exactly as advertised. Our floors have wet dogs on them each morning, as well as 2 kids. This cleans them to perfection. The reusable pads seem durable after several washes.

Absolutely love Shark steam cleaner. I have the older model and cannot do without it. It cleans great without any chemical products. Just got this one for my son.

Doesn’t work - steam function is not strong enough. All it does is pick dirt and spread it around. Would not recommend

It’s wonderful to be able to sanitize my floors with out harsh chemicals. I can have sanitize floors without a mop and bucket.

Had high hopes for this but we were disappointed. We have very dark, pretty much black, hardwood floors. This thing left streaks & smears like crazy. Pads get are reusable which is great but they get dirty so fast & have to keep stopping to wash them & put them back on. We also have 3 kids & a dog, so needless to say the floor gets dirty quick. And then, it broke 58 days into purchase. The scrubbers stopped spinning. Had to return it. I would not recommend this product at all. Do yourself a favor & stick to a cheap swifter sweeprt or buy a really nice Tivean steam mop/vaccum which runs about $400 but worth every penny.

We bought this to replace swiffer jet, and we certainly like it much better. Something about no chemicals when you have a baby.

I like it. It cleans the floor good . I only used water but I plan to buy the solution so that it leaves a fresh scent behind.

Hands down best steam mop you will ever use such a fan of shark anything great quality always

Works great I had the previous edition that did not scrub, the new one cleans stubborn spots much faster with the rotating pads
