A: can I use the buffer pad with out water ?
Q: Does it have a place for cleaner or is it just steam?
A: It is a steam cleaning system. No chemicals or cleaning agents are used.
Q: How do you get the handle back off of the Shark steam and scrub?
A: We would like to let you know to remove the handle from the unit you would need to use something a screwdriver to pud in a button located in a hole just under the cord hook on the back of the main unit where the handle attaches.
A: Yes and honestly I suggest you do that the steam is like a quick surface clean but to really do a good cleaning on a tile floor like mine I have to use a mild chemical, works get even my 7 year old child uses it
Q: Is the water tank removable and how long does one tank last? Are the pads washable & reusable?
A: We would like to let you know that the water tank is not removeable. How long one tank will last can vary depending on the setting being used. The pads are washable and reusable. It is recommended to replace the pads every 3 to 4 months.
Q: Can this be used on vinyl sheet flooring?
A: We can assist you with your request. Our Steam Mops are designed for use on all sealed hard-floor surfaces. We recommend that you first Test an isolated area of the floor surface to be cleaned as well as review the use and care instructions from your floor manufacturer.
Q: Will this work on ceramic tile and grout?
A: Yes, I currently use ours on ceramic tile with grout. I read the package prior to usage and it did indicate it would do well. The steam does make it clean.
Q: Can I use the shark 3 modes for polishing with out water?
A: We would like to let you know that this unit is design for steaming floor only. This unit is not design to polish floors.
