Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the Steam and Scrub All-in-One S7001's cleaning power and ease of use, frequently praising its lightweight design and effectiveness on various floor types. While some users noted the small water tank requiring refills, the positive feedback on cleaning performance and convenience outweighs this minor drawback. Many appreciate the long cord and powerful cleaning action.

The Shark - Steam and Scrub All-in-One Scrubbing and Sanitizing Hard Floor Steam Mop is great! We have sealed tile floors in our kitchen, entry way, hallways, laundry room and bathrooms and this lightweight, easy to use steam mop does the trick. It uses distilled water and that’s it. No harsh chemicals or strong odors. I was able to do our entire kitchen with one fill of the water reservoir. The scrubber pads are removable and can be washed in the washing machine. When in use, it is quiet and really cleans the floors. We have 2 big dogs and it removed the doggie drool with ease. I love the pivoting end to get around edges and corners. It also maneuvers around toilets easily. The steam mop is easy enough to use weekly to freshen up tile. Would definitely recommend it.

    Deep clean without chemicals

This is a small, lightweight mop which cleans nicely in small tight spaces. There are 2 led lights on either side which are great for lighting up darker places like under cabinets or behind the toilet. There are 3 speeds for light, medium & deep cleaning depending on the surface. The steam starts heating up in about a minute & there is a very long cord, I plugged into my kitchen outlet & was able to reach into the living room. I have 5 different hard surface floors & I tried on each one. I used the normal setting for my bathroom tile floor & it cleaned very deeply into some stains that were embedded & never removed by my older spin mop. My hardwood floors got very clean on the deep setting, the white pads were very dirty after cleaning this floor. My vinyl kitchen floor cleaned well on the light setting without dulling it. I used it on a laminate floor on light setting & that cleaned well also. We also have waxed commercial flooring in a rec room & it warns of dulling on a waxed floor which is what it did so I’d use it with caution on a waxed floor. This is suppose to clean & sanitize at the same time but additional steps are needed for sanitization. I thought this did a pretty good job on all the flooring I have but there are just a few things that I didn’t like & the reason for 4 stars. The water tank is very small & a filling flask is included but it is a bit messy to fill & tends to run down the front & a bit easy to overfill which really pours down the front. I was able to clean about 2 1/2 average size floors before refilling. Also you have to scroll through the modes , it doesn’t have an on/off switch so it’s live all the time. Also it spins constantly till the steam starts. Those are the only things I wasn’t too crazy about but it was very easy to set up & I love the fact that no chemicals are needed for cleaning.

The Shark Steam & Scrub makes scrubbing floors effortless! Design The Shark Steam & Scrub is very sleek, light, and easy to carry. There is only one button. This is a four-way toggle between the "Light", "Normal", and "Deep" cleaning modes and the "Standby" mode. The button has a strange squishy feel to it and it presses in farther than I expected but it works consistently and isn't difficult you use. There is a pull out spout for you to fill the water reservoir. The spout works very well and makes adding water a spill-free process. Four cleaning pads are included and they're machine washable. They are easy to attach. Just set them on the floor next to each other and press the Steam & Scrub down on top. They attach easily and securely. When you're done, you're supposed to pour out the water through the same spout that you use to pour the water in. It doesn't pour out as gracefully. It's not bad but it tends to splatter a bit. That was the only thing I didn't like about the design and is not a big deal to me. Cleaning Our floors were not very dirty but there was some nasty grime under the corner of the refrigerator. I put it on "Deep" cleaning mode and made a few passes and sure enough, it got it off. It's not a matter of pushing hard. You just let it glide over the surface. Though it turns very easily it's suggested the you clean with forward and backward motions. I'm very happy with how well it clean, especially given the amount of effort required, which is very little. Ease of use It's very easy to use! There are some things I would not have guessed without reading the directions. For instance, when turning it off you should put it in "Standby" mode first, put the handle in the upright position, and then unplug it from the wall. Really, though, it's very easy to use with just one button. Once you have it on it takes about 30 seconds to start steaming and then you're ready to go. The discs will start spinning as soon as you pull it down from the upright position. It just glides over the hard floor surface. It turns very easy but the cleaning is to be done primarily with forward and backward motions. You can't really do anything wrong. Turn it on and it cleans. Read the Manual There are some surfaces you shouldn't use it on, for instance wood that isn't sealed or surfaces that are waxed. They also list recommended settings for different types of floors. It also says you should not hold it in one place, but keep moving it.

We moved from mostly carpet to tile & dark faux wood floors about 2 years ago. I’ve spent way too much time cleaning on my hands & knees, and was looking for a fix. I tried an inexpensive steam mop that I picked up from a big box discount retailer, but it didn’t do the job ($50 wasted). The Shark Steam Mop is the answer for me. It’s actually a little fun to use as it’s a bit self-propelled & looks like a mini-version of the large units the professionals use in grocery stores. The Good - Set up took literally 5 minutes. - The unit heats up very quickly (about 30 seconds) - Easy to use: Same movement as vacuuming, but it has a mild self-propelled action - I saw a noticeable difference in both the tile & the faux wood once it dried. - 3 cleaning Modes (Light, Normal, Deep) to select depending on the surface - The scrub pads are machine-washable & reusable. - Major time saver compared to mopping & hand scrubbing - No buckets, no stringy mops, no sloppy mess - The circulating scrub pads set it apart from all the other steam mops. Overall, this machine is a winner. I do wish it had an On/Off button. The Stand By mode doesn’t seem logical compared to every other standard household appliance. Also, the leftover water in the tank drips out when tipping it to empty after use. I just threw away my string mop & old cheapo steam mop. YAY!

THE GOOD ~ No chemicals ~ No wet hands from wringing ~ Headlights ~ Easy to assemble ~ Easy storage ~ Extra mop heads THE BAD ~ None yet THE MEH (could go either way) ~ Not cordless OVERALL Overall, this is nice. It's like a mini, home or personal version of the big industrial cleaners in schools or grocery stores... but it's a heck of a lot easier to use. It comes in a fairly small box and can be assembled in less than 5 minutes, including the unboxing. Snap on two pads, clip in the upper half of the handle, put some water in, plug in this bad boy and start cleaning. It has three speeds so you can do a quick once-over or deep dive depending on what the floor needs. I like that it comes with two sets of pads so you can do your floors and toss that set in the wash. If you need to do a spot clean or something, you have the extras. I mentioned headlights above. There are a couple of bright lights at the front which illuminate the floor and baseboards as you clean. That comes in handy in my dark house. Another nice feature is that the pads stick out from the base. This makes cleaning around baseboards and corners simple and effective. It leaves my hardwoods and tile floors looking clean. More than that, they feel cleaner after. Definitely two thumbs up!

Started out cleaning my hardwood good then when I switched out for the clean extra set of pads, it quit working. It still made the motor noise and steam was coming out but also so was water and the pads would not rotate. Only cleaned 3 rooms. I unplugged it, re-attached the pads several times - tried all the troubleshooting tips and still never came back on.
