    This thing gets your floor clean. It is pretty easy to use. I love that it is a steam cleaner. One issue is that you can see lines on the floor from the steam. It comes off but I can't figure out why it does that. I have to mop over it to get the streaks out. I only use distilled water as it states to use and that's it...Followed the directions but does that every time. I still love it but hopefully they can think of something to fix that

    We have dark hardwood floors and dogs. You can see where this is going. This made the clean up and sanitation so much easier through the house to keep the floors looking fresh.

    I have wood flooring in most of the house and ceramic tile in the bathrooms and kitchen. This has done an excellent job on both and it’s so easy to use! It’s like it floats across the floor. Best part is my back doesn’t hurt the way mopping does! I’m so pleased with my purchase!

    I cannot say enough positive things about this product. We just love how it cleans our tile and semi wood floor - pergo. We have multiple pets and this product works the best hands down on all past cleaners.

    This was a doubtful purchaseas I had not had much luck with Shark products but this baby paid for itself with the first use on a marble kitchen floor. Who, the steam and rotating pads took every bit of grime away quickly. It was very easy to use and set up.

    This shark mop is one of the best, easiest way to clean the floors! it does all the hard work on a sweep. Definitely need to use distilled water for this.
