I really like the ease of use. This is definitely an upgrade from my previous model. It is so light and glides across the floor with hardly any effort. It cleans extremely well. Steam is the way to go.

I like it, does a great job on my floor. I would like the ability to spray cleaner directly from the equipment to the floor. I use to spray bottle to resolve this.

Very good helpful no more back pain for me the traditional mop make my back hurt

This is a great steam mop. It cleans very well and quickly, making mopping my tile floors an easy, quick task. I honestly avoided mopping until I purchased this, because cleaning tile is so tedious. The only problem I have is that it leaves a cloudy residue on the floors. Apparently you're supposed to use some vinegar with a normal mop beforehand if this happens, but I do not have time for that. Secondly, I don't think it gets into the grout as thoroughly as it should. I wish it were better. The price also skyrocketed almost double since last year. Ridiculous. Overall a great mop though.

Pick up ground on dirt for hardwood flooring. Lightweight to use. How did i ho this long without . great value for price

Just tried it out. I had several dried drip spots where my husband and son were left alone for a weekend. I came home to sticky dirty spots all over the floor. I tried it out and after it warmed up and started steaming it did a fantastic job of cleaning every little spot up. It was easy to use and lightweigh. Very good purchase. I am happy with it. Now to tackle the upstairs.

I have hardwood and tile in my home and it does a great job at cleaning. I have 3 cats and a dog and it works well around animals. Its a nice chemical free option!

Does the job. Repalced a older unit we had that wouldnt stop leaking. This one doesnt leak. Water tank could have been a little bigger but it works good.

Works really well! Much lighter then my old vacuum cleaner and works on carpet and also on hard floor. You can also detach it and use it as a portable vacuum cleaner.

Game changer for cleaning wooden and tiled floors! Previously used a standard steam mop and since using this, realized just how significantly better this cleans in comparison. The electric cable is very long, so you do not have to keep unplugging and re-plugging every couple of minutes. Water tank lasts long enough and I only needed to refill once to clean the entire downstairs floors. All in all, very happy indeed with this purchase and definitely recommend!

Steam scrubber worked bettet than i expected. I was skeptical of its potential as i didn't think the steam would be hot enough to lift the dirt in my kitchen tile, but i was pleasantly surprised when i saw progress in the first pass. I would definitely recommend for future potential purchasers.
