I love this Moo! I originally bought it because of my dog and his little messes. It takes the hassle out of mopping and it’s super user friendly. I only put water in the machine but I do use it in conjunction with squirt and Mop by method! Can’t wait to get more pads :)

I have dogs and cats and kids and a messy husband. I have always had Shark Steam Mops. This multi scrubbing action is the best yet. Even when I find mud or mess that has been hidden it takes it right up. I absolutely love this machine. My floors are new waterproof wood in living room and tile in kitchen. I would highly recommend this. My floors look great.

This is a fantastic mop. Go slowly and be sure the water compartment is adequately filled. It feels so sturdy but also super light and compact. The two flashlights and pivotal turning action is incredible. For people who love a clean house this can really help and has helped me so much in keeping a healthy and clean living space.

Overall it’s a good product but can definitely be improved. I wish it had a nozzle to spray cleaning products which is useful while steaming the floor to get that extra shine on your tiles, since you can only put pure water in the machine. For tough floor stains you need to pause and hold to get the stains out. I had to buy extra pads from Amazon so that I can steam my entire home without stopping for washing the pads halfway as they get dirty quite quickly. Final note - the cord is long enough but it would be pretty great to have a cordless version in the future.

I went back and forth on whether to purchase this mop versus the Bissell Spin Wave. They’re both extremely similar, just that Bissell uses cleaning solution whereas this Shark simply uses water. Finally decided on this Shark model after watching a few reviews online (Vacuum Wars is a great YouTube channel for all things vacuums and mops (not my channel)). Very easy setup out of the box. Just place the handle, set the pads, fill the water, and go! It’s very easy to control once going. Definitely less effort needed than trying to scrub dinner stains off the floor with a basic Swifter mop. The mop puts out a great amount of steam and efficiently cleans the floor even on normal setting. I still need to try the other settings to see if there is a truly significant difference. All-in-all, great product and would recommend for anyone who finds themselves constantly having to scrub their floors.

This unit is not perfect but this good for medium size room. All in all its easy to use.

Not quite the miracle worker I was expecting. Still does a great job though.

Steamer works well, my one complaint is that it leave streaks but beside that it does its job.

Purchased several Steam mops over the past years . Decided to try the Shark steam mop! We love it easy to use and the floors look and feel alot cleaner then they did with our previous mops. With 2 teenagers who play every sport their is . This steam mop works like a champ.
