    I find the Shark Steam and Scrub to be very helpful, light and easy to use. It doesn't clean the grout lines, but I wasn't expecting it to clean them. I would leave that for the professionals.

    I bought a home with lots of hardwood and tile. This is the perfect solution to deep clean those surfaces without chemicals. Cleans well, easy to use and I don’t have to worry about standing water which will damage the wood floors.

    Coming from a conventional steam mop, this was a revelation. Only gripes perhaps are that the pads are small and the water runs out every 250-300 sq ft. Get this. Our floors looked the cleanest after being scrubbed using this. Super convenient

    I bought this to clean Oak wood floors after my Shark steam mop stopped working. Im so glad I bought this over the same steam mop. It cleans floor way easier, without have to scrub or aplly pressure.

    I have a regular Shark steam mop before. I saw this and wanted to upgrade. Black Friday pricing mad me go ahead and get it. It is a nice upgrade from my previous mop. Easy to use and cleans better.

    it is wonderful to know that my floors (ceramic tile) are clean and without chemicals in the air. This works well, not great! It is virtually impossible to get the steamer under near the kickboards in the kitchen and bathroom, which is a negative. Another negative is that you are to use ONLY Distilled water. That means another purchase when I shop. The proof is in the pads that it cleans well when you are done, and the floor does give a bit of a shine and it is NOT slipperly or again, no chemicals. Pet Friendly for those paws.

    We just installed vinyl plank flooring used shark steam& scrub on it cleaning was great and easy also used on kitchen tile a product made out of cement looks great it is about 9years old

    Comes with two sets of pads that snack on and off easily. Great for sticky messes from kids or pets, nothing but water is needed. Expensive but we’ll worth it

    I love it so far. We have white terrazzo floors and this does a good job with cleaning them up. We have three dogs so it’s used often. Just wish there was options to purchase additional pads.

    buy this thing !. im a wax specialist/ esthetician and a YouTube I need my studio to be absolutely clean ! .I bought this on sale after having no luck with the swiffer wet jet that thing just moved dirt around! disgusting I spent more money on pads than cleaning ! when I saw this I was like oooo I have to have it and its absolutely what I need for my studio . I just wish it had a vacuum but overall I love it !.
