Didn’t get to use it because it isn’t recommended for vinyl flooring due to the heat aspect. Overall Best Buy was very helpful with the return process.

The steam mop did an outstanding jobs cleaning my hardwood floor without having to use any chemicals. With 2 cats and me going in an out dragging mud in, I had doubts that's it would clean those mud and stain from the cats without applying forced to it. It proved me wrong real fast. I set it to deep clean let it glide over the stains that stick to the floora few times and it was spotless. Normally with a manual mop i would had to apply force to clean it. I would definitely buy another set to places it in another location of the home.

I LOVE this steam mop! It’s super easy to use and like that it comes with an extra set of pads. It is difficult to get in the corners and I do wish there was something to make it smell “clean”. While mopping I sometimes get a dirty steam smell, but it doesn’t stay. Overall I really love this product.

Extremely useful. This tool has really made my life easy and it makes cleaning fun. I use it for my floors and it cleans very well.

I am a big fan of steam cleaners and my last shark broke so I was looking for a replacement and found this one. I like that its an all-in-one scrubber.

This has 3 steam power settings, and if you get additional pads, you can buff, scrub, etc. I use mostly on hardwoods but also have tile. I love my machine!

I have a combination of hardwood and tile (3 different variants) floors. This product works very well to steam clean all surfaces with minimal effort. The pads wash easily in the washer and can be reused once dry (I have dried them in my dryer on medium heat with no issues). My biggest concern was the hardwood floors and not damaging them. This product works every well on those. I only wish there was another option with a more abrasive pad for tile grouts - so I give it 4 stars.

I was looking forward to trying this out on my kitchen tiles, especially when I saw mostly good reviews. It’s alright, a little heavy. I feel like it could be better if cleaning solution could be added and maybe if the scrub pads were a little more “rougher” for a more in-depth scrub. On the fence of returning it. It does clean ok, and I will try with the recommended distilled water next time and decide.

Does an okay job of cleaning floors for a steam mop. This only picks up small to moderate amount of dirt through the pads, most of it gets smeared around on your floor as I've seen many times on our tile. I'd say this is almost a good pre-cleaning tool to loosen up dirt before you deep cleaned with a different device. If you're looking to get a lot of dirt off of your floor from pets / shoes / kids, look for a device that scrubs/steams and sucks up the dirty water.
