I have one of these and I LOVE it. No chemicals needed to get dried up goo off the floor. It comes up easy, the steam just melts it and the pad picks it up. Buy extra pads and it is easy to do the whole house, or rinse the pad you are using as it gets dirty. The water chamber may be small, but I can 1 to 2 rooms and then it is very easy to refill. I just keep extra water, the funnel, and all the pads in a central location. This mop is great on wood and tile floors. I plug it into an extension cord and can do the whole house – 3 levels – all wood floors. I have no idea how well it cleans carpets, but I have a house cleaning business and primarily use this on all hard floors now. Linoleum, stone, & wood. I love this mop. I use it every day, it has made my job much easier, and my customers are all Very happy.

Over all , recommended! Cleans good, you have to clean slowly .Tank does not hold alot of water and the cord is not long enough. Over all you can use this anywhere in your home-garage, kitchen , bathroom, tub, shower.Good invention.

I think this is a great new product. I have wood floors throughout my old house and this steam mop does a great job cleaning them. It is very light weight, but produces a ton of steam. I was spending a lot of money on wet cleaning pads, but now I can reuse the towels. I would highly recommend this product.

I purchased the shark because I had tried everything else when it came to my laminate floors. I absolutely love this product because it is so easy to use and my floors are actually clean!

The 4th time I used this the handle snapped right above the reservoir where the handle attaches and it's not fixable. I contacted Euro Pro and someone was supposed to get back to me but it's been a few months and no one has contacted me so it seems the company doesn't provide very good customer service. As far as how it worked the few times that I used it, as long as you sweep or vacuum extremely well so there's no debris on the floor it will get up spots but you have to really push a lot on the handle to activate the steam. The actual mop doesn't really hold as much dirt as advertised so you have to change it often if you are doing more than a small area or it will leave streaks. The mop heads aren't cheap either so by the time you buy 2 or more new ones at $10 each it's not really that economical since you'll probably need at least 4 to clean your entire house depending on your floorspace. It also leaves a line of dirt if there is any amount of dust on the floor as it really doesn't pick up and hold dirt, it just kind of pushes it around. I wouldn't waste money on it, I'm regretting that I bought it.

It works great on tiles. Have used it twice and i could see the tiles changing back to its original color and the dirt picked up on the pads. Excellent! Good quality.

There is not enough steam to clean floors. Floors need to be wet to clean. Also, this does not sanitize. That is a gimmick. I held my hand under the pad (not on top where steam comes out) and it was not nearly as hot as it should be to sanitize. Plus steam should touch surface to be cleaned. Here it gets lost under the pad and pushed up the sides and into the air. ONe thing I did to make it better is wet the pad first so at least the steam keeps it wet continuously and I added vinegar to the tank even though it says not to add anything. But at least I feel like I'm getting some disinfecting. My kitchen is sunny and I saw nothing but streaks after "cleaning". My mother in law loved it until I showed her the streaks. She does not have a window low to the ground as I do so she never noticed this and I think that most people who like it have this same issue. They probably think it's clean because there is not sufficient light. Stick is flimsy and it does not trap dirt. It makes litttle "stop lines".

I want to feed the Shark to the sharks

I received this as a Christmas gift. Assembled it and ready to steam my tyle floors. After spending 2 hrs and multiple times pumping to get the steam going - nothing. Called the 800# and talk to a rep. After expressing my desire to throw it in the Gulf along with other Sharks they expected me to ship it back at my exppense. Remember a gift and never used, but I was to pay to have it shipped back for "repair". I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told to cut the cord and send it in at my expense and they would send me a new one. Again, I felt I should not have to pay to ship anything back since it was never used. Finally they agreed to just send a new one - but I don't think I really want their product - a $99 piece of junk, but I will take it since I have no other choice. After reading reviews this one received the worse reviews and many other steamers were much better - only gets up to 110 degrees compaired to others in 200+. I feel bad my son spent his hard earned money on this. He thought he was doing something great for me. I see what others are saying about the flimsey handel and only one hole for steam. EXTREMELY FRUSTRAITED over this.

This is a great buy! Will be the last mop I ever have to buy. On top of that, it is great knowing that the power of steam is sanitizing my floors as I mop so no need for harsh chemicals, especially with having the little ones running around. Thanks Best Buy, and Shark.

I love this mop. I have tile floors in my home and the other mops dont get the grout between the tiles. This mop does and cleans them. Love the long cord. Can do the whole downstairs without having to find another outlet. The pads are wonderful. I do get them a little damp before using (helps to push mop easier) and when done rinse them out and ready for the next area.
Best mop I ever bought!

If you think this shark is going to be easy to tackle, forget it.... you will sweat your bum off trying to do just one room!! It leaves my tiles feeling very dry and thirsty, so I drizzle a bit of murphy's oil directly on the tiles prior to steaming it. I will not recommend this product if you are looking for a steam-vac that glides easily and is not hard work.

Puchased this steam mop today.I did my kitchen which is about 200 sq.feet. Went slow and only used one tank of water. It is not hard to push as some reviews state. Just wait for a few second until the pad gets some moisture on it.

I'm so mad at myself for falling victim to this scam. I should have done my homework like I normally do but instead; I purchased this piece of junk based on the reviews from this site. When you spend $80.00 on a cleaning product, you expect it to clean. Before you can even begin using the steam mop you need to do three things. First, make sure you sweep the floor very well. And when I say well, make sure you pick up every bit of lint, hair, crumbs, etc. If you fail to sweep properly you'll end up with a fine line that you're just pushing from one side of the room to the other. Secondly, if you want the corners of your floor clean, you'll have to get down on your hands and knees to do this manually. The design of the mop head doesn't fit well into the corners and you'll only jam the dirt and crumbs further into them. Lastly, clean up all scuff marks with some other cleaner; this mop will only glide right over them. Overall, don't waste your money; you're better off just buying a regular $8.00 mop.

This stupid pump to get steam this is ridiculous. I have a shark se200 which I love but it now has a mind of its own and turns off and on as it pleases so I was looking for a replacement. I sat for 30 minutes "mopping" but nothing was happening there was steam but the pad wasn't even wet and my floors were still dirty. Maybe user error but I much prefer an on off switch rather than pumping to produce steam. This is going back to the store.

This could be the biggest waste of money you ever spend. After two months the handle broke, after two months and a day the trigger snapped off and at 3 months it completely died. If you'd like it repaired or replaced you must pay the shipping costs then you can do it all over again 3 months later. The pads merely push the dirt across the floor and replacement pads are very expensive. Check other reviews (e.g. Amazon or WalMart) this thing is just plain bad.

This steam mop left me steamed!

Usually, I dry mop with a Swiffer, and then get on my hands and knees with rags and cleaning products to clean my kitchen linoleum floor, tile bathroom floors, and laminate wood floors. I was really looking forward to what looked like an easy way to clean all these floors with one machine. I did my usual dry mopping first with the Swiffer, then used the Shark Steam mop. It seemed to work out, but I doubt it was sanitizing, and I had to periodically pick off stringy pieces of dirt/dust as they accumulated. After I was done, I waited a few minutes then got out my Swiffer again. I was shocked to see the Swiffer still picked up dirt and dust from where I had just cleaned. I guess the infomercials were too good to be true. It's back to my hands and knees I guess, if I really want my floors clean.

Saw this mop on tv. Shopped all over to try and buy it, found it in bestbuy. Used it on my kitchen floor did not see much of a difference. Uses distilled water and no chemicles. I Think I may try to return it not worth the money.
