Great product. Lightweight and does a great job cleaning. When i received the unit i was surprised at how simple it is to operate. Read the directions because I actually did overthink it. Like the traditional way I was trying to attach the pad by hand with no luck. You just set the pad on the floor and it snaps right in. The wireless charging is so nice. I cleaned 3 hard wood floors and 2 tile floors. There was no streaking and it did a great job of cleaning both surfaces. The vacuum is the star of the show for me as we have 2 dogs and it was great being able to vacuum all the dog hair and mop at the same time. A real time saver. Everything about this unit is designed to be super simple, easy and fast. They succeeded here in a big way. We have several Shark products and the quality has always been great and the reviews reflect that. It's innovative and well worth it.

Leaks once in a while but not all of the time. When it works it works well. Refills are very expensive.

I will admit I was a bit skeptical going in on this, but I was desperate for a solution to keep my hardwood floors clean in-between simple sweeping / running of the Roomba and full on scrubbing. I think I've found the solution. The Shark VacMop is a lightweight cleaning tool that vacuums as well as wet-mops the floor with a disposable pad. The interesting part of the disposable pad is that it has a small reservoir for debris that the vacuum portion picks up. Once the pad is soiled, you simply discard the pad, which also gets rid of the debris reservoir. This tool is excellent for after-dinner cleanup at our home. As much as I hate to admit it, cooking tends to get crumbs, salt and pepper, spices, garlic peels, and other small debris on the floor. With a toddler in the house, we can quadruple the amount of debris that makes it on the floor. The vacmop is perfect for this kind of light clean up. It's literally as easy as pulling the vacuum trigger, running it over the area to vacuum, then you can hit the spray button to dispense some of the cleaning solution on the floor and run the mop pad over it. This isn't a replacement for good old-fashioned mopping or hands-and-knees scrubbing, but for keeping floors tidy and in good appearance on a daily basis, this thing excels. Unboxing and setup is simple - took less than 5 minutes from unboxing to having the device charging. The manual states a full charge from empty will take about 3.5 hours, but the charge indicator indicated full in about 1.5 from the time we took it out of the box. The unit comes with two of the vacmop pads included in the box, as well as a supply of the general purpose hard floor cleaning solution large enough to fill the reservoir on the unit one time. The vacuum power is surprisingly good on this, however it's definitely for picking up crumbs and dust, it's not for picking up large debris - you're either going to have to get that by hand or move to more traditional methods. The unit weighs in at a little over four pounds, and it hangs conveniently on one of the Command Hook broom holders that we have. Overall, the unit takes up slightly more room than a traditional broom. One concern I had was the price of consumables, but currently on the Best Buy website, 2 litres of the refill cleaning solution is currently priced at $9.99, and 16 replacement pads are currently priced at $12.99 - so the operating expense on this product isn't high. If I had to say there's one drawback to this is the charger. It's a proprietary connector that magnetically attaches to the unit, and since it is circular in shape does not require any specific orientation, which is nice, but also adds yet another charger to the arsenal of charger bricks that I have laying around. Some type of popular USB charging (Micro USB / USB-C) would have been a nice touch. Overall though, this is a neat little cleaning tool and we love it so far!

Fun to use but not as effective as I thought it would be. Had to scrub harder than I thought I would have to if not it would leave streaks near the grout lines of my tile. Found that it would be to much plastic waste having to throw out the disposable mop/vacuum pads. Still had to do a sweep before I could use it. Made my hand cramp having to push the trigger buttong while trying to mop. The mop/vacuum packs are not cheap.

Didn''t expect a whole lot, which is exactly what I got! Vacuum okay, but mop portion rubbed off under "spray and mop" motion after less than 200 square feet. Took back to BB immediately. I wouldn't waste my money, if I was you, and I like Shark products, in general.

The Shark VacMop Pro Cordless Hard Floor proved to be a sturdy, lightweight cleaning device. Being able to remove debris and dust with Vac and also Mop with same device was great. Magnetic charging system was fast convenient once assembly was done. The cleaning pad just snapped in placed. Noticed that vacuum part of devise was very efficient as opposed to when it came time to clean the floor. The pads I thought could have been more absorbent for deeper cleaning instead of just for the surface and often times would fold under itself when cleaning floor. Definitely need to change out cleaning pad with every use. In future I will try on swept floor to see if get better results from cleaning pad.

Not the best for big area so I would definitely recommend for a small apartment or small pick up area

I have to accept that this vacuum cleaner surprised me in every way, we all have a concept of how vacuum cleaners should be but this vacuum cleaner / mop is out of that concept. From the moment the unpacking was easy enough to assemble, but above all very practical, it comes in one piece but at the same time in three parts, something rare but easy to assemble. The instructions are explained in a simple and clear way, a few simple steps and you are ready to use it. It is important to mention that this vacuum/mop is for the floor, not for the carpet, therefore it has a mop function. It is easy to use, it does not make excessive noise, it covers most areas including the corners, but as always it will depend on the use and place where it is used, in my experience I recommend using it only to collect dust or small things that cannot be left stuck in the filter. The above is what leads me to give it 4 stars, I think they could have made a kind of filter a little bigger or with the option of being reusable but it depends on the tastes of each person. Once you have vacuumed, you can start mopping the floor as it has a compartment in which you can pour the liquid that comes with the product in order to better clean your floor. It's pretty easy, you press a button to release the liquid and then you run your vacuum / mop to clean the floor and you're done. Aesthetically it has a striking but attractive color in some parts and is mostly dark gray that looks great, large enough to be used by virtually anyone. A great detail that I loved is the charger, it has a long cable and it charges through contact, which reminds me of the charger of my apple watch, the charge is regular, neither slow nor fast, I would say regular, but the main thing is that the battery lasts a long time, allowing it to be used multiple times on a single charge. In summary it is a vacuum/mop that will make your life easier, if you are a person like me who is looking for simple and practical things, I definitely recommend it to you.

Although it vacuums but this is not really a proper vacuum the way it operates. It is at best a mop but there are mops around lighter, much better and cheaper so I would not recommend this product. I returned it, Best Buy customer service was great. I honestly don’t understand the design!

stopped working not even a year later...really dissatisfied with the quality, especially for the price. hoping to receive a replacement or a credit towards something new.

The vacuum part of the cleaner is fine but the actual mop part barely touches the floor and doesn’t clean very well. I would not recommend this as a mop.

I bought extra pads and cleaning solution for this product. Less than two months it has stopped working! It won't charge. According to Best Buy it is No Longer Returnable! I bought it the first week in June! It's only August and I'm stuck with an expensive piece of garbage!

I wish I did my research about this item! This item is meant for consumer to spend money. The cartriges are 9.58 for 10, 14.58 for 16 and 24.00 for 30. The cartridge itself is flimsy,it holds very little trash/dust/dirt or pet hair. The mop pad is small and pushes most dirt to the corner. I give it one star only because the battery last a long time and it is not connected to a cord when in use.

The Shark VacMop Pro is a nice and easy floor cleaner. Our house has all hard floor with the exception of a couple rugs in different rooms. We have a good assortment of trees outside that get small leaves and pine needles tracked into the house constantly. Our old method was to vacuum the whole house with a small vacuum to pick up debris, then go over the floors with a swiffer or mopping pad to clean the floor. This VacMop makes our cleaning a 1 step process. Unpacking and assembling the vacmop was easy and straightforward. The box comes with 2 cleaning pads and 1 starter multisurface cleaning solution. I was able to clean our LVL kitchen floor, bathroom tile and hardwood floors very quickly and effectively. The cleaning solution worked well on all the marks on the floor and the vacuum is very strong and picked up everything in front of it. The only slight downsides are the vacuum picks up from the front of the pad so getting directly along the baseboard isn't always possible (but no worse than any other normal vacuum I've used that wasn't a hose). The pad is smaller than a swiffer but easy to control and good enough to get floor done quickly. The solution goes in a tank in the vacuum so changing it isn't easy, it really has to run out. It would be nice to be able to swap as I'd like to see how their wood floor cleaner works and use the multisurface in the other rooms, but the multisurface worked well on our wood floors and didn't leave any streaks or marks. I would definitely recommend this cleaner for hard floors. It quick, easy and well thought out. The magnetic charger is easy and convenient and the refill products are reasonably priced.
