Q: How many times can you use the pad before throwing it away?
A: We can assist you with your inquiry. It is recommended to replace the pad if it becomes fully saturated, its dirt chamber is full, it's noticeably dirty, or if the VACMOP is showing signs of reduced suction power.
Q: Is lion battery replaceable? Model VM250
A: Why does it say in the instruction manual that the battery is replaceable??
Q: Does this need cleaning solution, if so does it come with it?
A: To mop yes does need the cleaning solution, a small sample bottle (which fills the tank) comes with it. It smells lovely and fresh
A: I bought the same one and it did come with the charger plus the cleaning solution and 2 pads. If I were you I would either call the store where you purchased this or call shark company. It definitely should have come with the charger at least. Good luck, I'm a happy customer
