Q: Does this need cleaning solution, if so does it come with it?
A: To mop yes does need the cleaning solution, a small sample bottle (which fills the tank) comes with it. It smells lovely and fresh
A: I bought the same one and it did come with the charger plus the cleaning solution and 2 pads. If I were you I would either call the store where you purchased this or call shark company. It definitely should have come with the charger at least. Good luck, I'm a happy customer
