Poorly made and doesn’t perform well.. Pads are flimsy and I would say it is not one of the better products by shark

The liquid just drains out in its own. I can clean the floors better with a traditional mop, and the “vacuum” aspect really just doesn’t work at all.

The vacuum doesn't suck up like it shows on TV just pretty much pushes it around. The mop portion works great however, you can buy just the mop portion a lot cheaper.

Wasteful. The mop pad serves as the vacuum bag , the suction is terrible . Just buy a stick vac and a swiffer and save yourself the $$

Does not work properly, doesn’t pick up any dirt and scrapes the floor when you use it! Very disappointed! It’s also very small....

Received our Shark VM252 is a nicely packed box. Assembling to unit was straight forward with two connections, one for the handle and one for the base. This unit came with two pads and a small bottle of solution. The cleaning pad snaps in place on the front, and the vacuum sucks the dirt into a small reservoir on the pad itself. The charger is a small quarter sized magnet that attaches to the base of the unit. Pros- easy to use and it cleans well. We have approx 2000 sq ft of tile and laminate flooring. Made it through on one charge no problem. Cons- pads need to be changed after each use and are not available for purchase. When searching online I have not been able to procure any pads, deeming the unit useless until we can but these. They are fairly priced under $10 for a pack of 10, but they aren’t on the market. I would recommend to others once shark manufactures more pads and gets them on the market. on the pad itself.

This is the absolute worst product shark ever made in my opinion.. It streaked my floors it was the worst. I have SHARK vacuums and I love them they're Great!!! But I don't know what they were doing when they made this..

I hate it in every single way i still have to sweep because the compartment so small i got through all attachments for the bottom just to finish the living room and kitchen. Just not worth the money better to get a swiffer honestly saves you money and now i have to pay for this thing that just sits in the back of my closet

Shark Vacmop was hard to move around and did not clean well

The item leaves water marks. It cleans good but on the return leaves marks.

The shark mop is a good idea but it doesn’t last too long because it’s made with cheap plastic parts and as you mop back-and-forth the plastic starts to break apart I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody it’s not a goodbye

Pros: led headlights, magnetic charger connection. Cons: trigger finger fatigue, vacuum opening small so many passes needed to pick up, the collection is in the disposable pad and does not hold much. Returned it after 5 days of use. Hated it.

The vacmop is very easy to assemble, so I will get that out of the way immediately. I plugged it using the provided recharging cable and I liked how it magnetically attaches, so it's easy to detach and go. After I let it charge for about an hour I poured in the cleaning solution, attached the provided pad and gave it a try on both my hardwood floors and linoleum floors. The headlights on the front came in handy when getting to some of the hard to see crevasses. The vaccuum itself is quite powerful, and the spray function worked with a simple press. The mopping worked well without issue. When I was done I recharged the unit for the its next use. Overall the vacmop did a great job as both a vacuum and a mop. The only major downside is the fact that I have to keep buying extra pads, and the pads are proprietary... so yeah, the extra costs.

I am a big fan of Shark products and when I saw they had a new vacmop out, I was pretty stoked to get it. I have luxury vinyl plank flooring in my house and have been using the other big brand name competitor (you know who I am talking about) for those, and never was quite satisfied. Then came the Shark Vacmop. The fact this is a 2 in 1 is fantastic, a lot of times I have tiny crumbs to clean up that may have been missed by the Roomba or just fresh from in between cleanings. With a traditional mop, it tends to just push that around the floor and spread it. With this, you can vacuum up the dry messes first and then mop up after. The mop pads are brilliant on this thing, they click into place so you don't have to fight with Velcro trying to align it properly, the mop pad has a built in capture bin for the dry messes you vacuum up, the pads are very absorbent and clean very well. Also, the unit has a no touch disposal method so you don't have to peel the pad off and get it all over your hands! The other nice thing is you don't have to put a lot of pressure to use this mop, you just need to simply glide and it will clean well. The cleaning solution smells great and works great too on my floors, I have never seen my floors as clean before! My one complaint is that you really should do all the vacuuming with the unit BEFORE activating the wet mop feature. It kind of makes it a double chore, but I found it is the only way to use this unit effectively. I tried doing the vacuuming at the same time as the mopping, and when the pad gets wet, it is near impossible for the suction on the vacuum to work because it can't get a good suction on the floor with a wet pad. It makes sense, but it would've been nice if you could truly do both at once, but hey, as long as the floor is sparkling clean, it is ok. The refills seem to be fairly priced for what they do, they are a little higher than the other competitor but I feel worth it.

Need to return, not really real vacuum , need to buy mop pad , liquid spray and no built-in dust or waste container. Better buy real vacuum

When I first got this I was so pumped. Then it started not having as much suction. Then the part where the formula squirts out wouldn't work. A waste get a regular mop.

I bought this based on some reviews and videos on YouTube. It does not vacum much at all. Returned it to store.
