    I love Shark vacuums and I own 2. I love the fact that this one can really bend and get low to those areas that are hard to. The features are nice, the tools, size, even the weight is fine however, the downfall is that it won't last long. I believe the actual work time for the handheld is just 7 min with the full max power which is nothing, it states the times in the manual and I think it should be improved.

    I had to return it because didn’t feel it was good with some carpets. It some how wraps the heavy carpet and takes out the strings.

    The Shark Vertex works great. Easy to store and easy to use. Watch out for small cords or wires like what attach to speakers as the vacuum power fins will eat them right up.

    The vacuum works great and battery lasts enough for our whole townhome. Got it for over $150 of so that makes it worth it. Not sure if pay the regular price for any vacuum.
