Great. Able to vacuum entire house and under beds and furniture on one charge.

Got this about a month ago for our first floor where our 15m toddler is eating and am quite pleased. It's a touch loud when on the carpet setting and certainly when using the boost mode, but overall reasonable. The fins are great for cleaning up all my hair and making sure no crumbs get away. It stores very easily and compactly in our small front closet and maneuvers very well through our furniture and tight corners in our little townhouse. It's very lightweight and easy to carry. I love that the battery comes out to charge so that I don't need to store the vacuum out in valuable living space to be near an electrical outlet. I really enjoy the lights as well so I can better see some of the smallest crumbs and it's helpful in searching for toys before I accidentally run over them. My biggest complaints thus far: it is very top heavy so it cannot be left standing up on it's own at all and the dust bin is a little challenging to clean. These are minor issues compared to the overall level of usefulness.

Not what I thought it would be like , The suction power isnt enough even on hardwood floors I have to run it over the dirt more than 2-3 times ... Im very unhappy with this purchase . I wish I would of just stuck with the original vacum with cord .

Dust bin is hard to clean. It doesn't stand up on it's own. Must lean against something. Very disappointing for the money.

Nice little vacuum. The only thing I don't like about it is the weight of the motor being at the top of the handle hurts my elbow and shoulder after a half hour of vacuuming.

I purchased this stick vacuum on sale, after extensive amounts of research. In comparison to it’s competition it does a great job for a lesser price point. It is also a great addition to those who have robot vacuum cleaners.

Continuous electric shock while vacuuming. Shark says its due to the winter weather and that I should turn on a humidifier to mitigate the electric shock. Sorry, but I'm not going to turn on my humidifier in every room whilst vacuuming to lessen the electric shock emitted from your vacuum. Would absolutely not recommend this product unless you're buying for someone you don't like.

I just have a few weeks using it but, I never seem my floor soooo clean, the light make you see all the dirty as you using it. And tha attachment make you life easy as should do

I love this vacuum! So so versatile. The bend feature to get to hard to reach places like under the bed is my absolute favorite! I wish the battery would last longer as we have a large house.

I like the concept... the battery could last longer imo. If you hold the trigger down for the max power, you eat the battery so quickly
