Seems funny but does not last more than 4, 5 months if you use every day. Warranty does not cover anything. Very sad cause the power is great. Not a pet friendly. Unfortunately.

Assembling the vacuum was so simple and quick! I love that the battery is removable so you can actually swap it out if you purchase an extra. Vacuum is very lightweight and works well in my home which is carpet and hardwood. The vacuum does have a setting for each floor type. The MAX POWER mode is great for high traffic areas, the dusting attachment is amazing for the ceiling fans and other areas of my home, the LED lights help make all dirt and dust visible. When you are done the vacuum fold and stores away. The only issue that I encountered is the vacuum is a little louder than others. Otherwise its amazing!

I took it out of the box, snapped it together and it was very heavy. All the weight was on my hand and arm because the motor is at the top and I knew I couldn't use it. I put it back in the box without ever having turned it on.

Shark said it was just static electricity and not to worry about it. I said the shock still hurts. I returned this item and bought another vacuum from a different company
