I have been using this product every day for almost a week. So far an awesome shark product. Bottom line up front PROS to buy - Very affordable in comparison to other similar devices, this product is very effective on pet hair and the dust bunnies that seem to collect in odd places throughout the house, this vacuum is very lightweight as well as both a handheld and a stand up vacuum! Easy to use in all situations within my 4 pet family household as well as fits through some amazingly tight spots with the accessories included! Performs perfectly on almost all levels as advertised! I do like the anti wrap technology they have incorporated on the brush heads! I love the fold over storage build! My home is approximately 1800 square feet and I was able to make it throughout on one charge after I did the initial military grade (lol) run through on two charges. I believe this would be a perfect vacuum for a small to medium sized home/Apartment/condo! CONS is noisy but acceptable, as I was emptying the dust collection bin certain particles remained and took some effort to clean out, if you own a large home this might not be the best option as an only vacuum to own!

The battery life on this machine is absolutely horrible. Overrpriced for a vacuum that died on me in 6 months.

Gets under furniture very well. Doesn’t catch in rugs, etc like brush vacs do. Run time on one charge is an hour or more. Cleans all floor types well. A little heavy towards the handle and canister is a tad small, but overall like this vac.

My girlfriend is obsessed with it. She uses it daily and said she will never get a corded vacuum again. Very powerful, easy to use, and lots of options for attachments.

Suction is too good, the vacuum is harder to push on carpet. I had an older model that i needed to replace and paid more for this one but i dont feel it was much of an upgrade.

Charge time takes a while but you do not need hours of charge time to vacuum. Suction is awesome and cleaning it out is a simple dump. Very easy to maneuver .

I love this thing. My hair falls out a lot like a LOT and this thing picks everything up. At first it bothered me that it can’t stand up by itself but I really like the fact that you can fold it so I can stick it under my shelf in the closet. Picks up dust so well! Overall great purchase

It has excellent power for both carpet and wood floors. I like how easily you can attach the handheld and do furniture and inside cupboards. My only con is it's a little top heavy with the battery attached and won't stand on its own. But other than that it's fantastic and easy to use.

Excellent vacuum. Motor is strong, suction is good and thorough, and works well on carpeting and flooring. Plus, it picks up animal hair very well.

Having a cordless vacuum with great suction and maneuverability has been a wonderful change for me in keeping after my 3 story home.

Handheld has low suction otherwise pretty good best part is ease of use and the ability to go under beds and turning for corners

Works great. Makes vacuuming the stairs so easy due to it being compact and fairly light. And the battery lasts quite a while.

I really like this cordless vacuum cleaner. There is a lot to like about this vacuum cleaner. I really like being able to vacuum without having to unwind and rewind a cord. Also, not having to unplug and plug it back in when going from room to room is really convenient. Even the kids don’t mind using the cordless vacuum since it is much quicker than the old corded vacuum. This vacuum has 2 vacuum settings. One for hard floors, one for carpet and a trigger in case you need extra power. There is a slide switch to turn it on, so you only use the trigger for extra power. The hard floor setting is pretty quiet. The carpet setting is a bit louder, but not too loud. When using the carpet setting it will pull the vacuum forward. It seems to have quite a bit of power. While using the vacuum I found the lights on the front to be very handy to see what is being vacuumed and what isn’t. I could see that the vacuum did a better job on the edge than the front, but only by a little bit. It made me notice that I do need to go back around with one of the small tools and vacuum up the edges and smaller areas that the large head will not fit into. This vacuum has the ability to be bent about halfway down which makes vacuuming under furniture a snap. The floor attachment is very easy to steer as well. The head is not supposed to get hair wrapped up around it and I can say that I vacuum up quite a bit of hair and it does not get wrapped around the rollers. The hair does however get wrapped around inside the removeable dust container. It is very easy to empty the dust container. Just pop the top end off and head over to the garbage can and push a lever down. Maybe give it a quick shake and done. If you have vacuumed up a lot of hair, you can pull it off the cone inside the dust container, but it comes off easily. The battery seems to last fairly long. I can easily vacuum my whole house and still have 2 of 3 bars left. It is nice to have a battery meter to see how much charge is available on the battery. You can either remove the battery to charge it, or leave the battery connected to the vacuum. This vacuum is not designed to be hung on the wall, but it does fold in half for storage. The head folds down over the floor attachment, which helps save some space. It takes up less than a 1’ x 1’ of floor space and is just under 28” tall when folded. If you are looking for a cordless vacuum cleaner for hard floors and carpet, I would highly recommend this one.

It’s a great vacuum cleaner, but I wish the battery life was longer. Also wish it gave a low battery warning instead of just shutting down.

Pretty good. Wish it had a stronger suction all the time. There is a power lever for when you want to increase the strength but it kills the battery. overall pretty good for the money

this vaccum do the job, if you are looking for something that is not so expensive, this is your option

Works well as a vaccum, but not a replacement to a dyson or samsung jet series, no wall mount dock/charger or even an optional one
