Generally shark is my FAVORITE brand for vacuums. Ive never been unhappy with a vacuum i have purchased... until now. Pros are great suction, long cord.... and ... thats about it i think. CONS: headlight feature ONLY works WHILE using any brushroll setting - as soon as you switch to the wand the headlights go off (when vacuum shopping the headlight feature is a REQUIREMENT for me, which this vacuum advertised "LED HEADLIGHTS", however didnt mention the limitations to this features availability. Power button is poorly placed and often has to be pressed several times before it actually powers the vacuum on/off. Brushroll settings toggle switch placed in a weird, almost inconvenient, location. There are both pros and cons with this model.. the headlight feature was the selling point for me.. turns out i was mislead. I even read A TON of reviews. Really really disappointed. Wish i had never purchased this vacuum. Way too much money for me to be this disappointed in it.

The Shark Vertex DuoClean vacuum is amazing! It picks up dirt and pet hair effortlessly on both carpets and hard floors. The DuoClean rollers make switching between surfaces super smooth, and the suction is really powerful. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver around furniture, plus the battery lasts long enough to clean my whole house. Definitely a great upgrade if you want a versatile and efficient cordless vacuum.

Great. It is a little difficult to maneuver due weight. I keep grabing a handle to move and it releases. I’ll get use to it soon. Our shepherd sheds constantly, this vacuum works wonders.

very good looking and works well! only complaint is that it is pretty heavy/bulky

Great vacuum. Veey durable as well. East to assemble and use. I dropped it on a flight of stairs and it still works.

I recently purchased a Shark vacuum, and I couldn’t be happier with its performance! This vacuum is powerful, lightweight, and does an excellent job on both carpets and hard floors. Pros: ✔ Strong Suction: Picks up dirt, pet hair, and debris effortlessly. ✔ Easy Maneuverability: Swivel steering makes it simple to navigate around furniture. ✔ Versatile: Works great on carpets, hardwood, and tile. ✔ Bagless & Easy to Empty: The dustbin is simple to remove and clean. ✔ Great for Pets: Picks up pet hair with ease, and the filters help reduce allergens. Cons: ➖ Cord Length: While manageable, a slightly longer cord would be nice.

Very powerful, and very modular. It's weight is well balanced by the sheer suction power it produces and it has made a significant difference in the cleanliness and air quality of my home. It was easy to set up, is easy to clean, and is easy to maintain. Overall, it is an awesome vacuum that I would recommend and buy again.

First of all, I loved that I needed no tools to assemble this unit. Everything was just snap into place. I didn’t read anywhere but the unit is almost “self propelling”. The effort to push forward is minimal. The unit does most of the work. I like the blade design so that it’s self cleaning and no hair to get tangled up. The dust container capacity is on the smaller side but it forces to you empty it :)

Amazing vacume, love all the attachments. This does great on hardwood floors and carpet. I have 3 cars and this gets all the cat fur they leave behind!

Glad I chose this vacuum cleaner. Previously had a shark navigator and liked that one so much decided to up grade. The only thing is it is a little heavy, but my other one kept falling over, it was so light. There is an adjustment that controls the suction and that makes it easier to use. There is a feature that I think needs improving. When throw rug or something accidentally gets sucked up a red light goes on. It is on the right side bottom and can’t see it. I am ok with it but some one like a husband who doesn’t pay attention and is just wanting to get done, doesn’t notice the light and that can harm the vacuum cleaner. He doesn’t like to be reminded, but don’t want my vacuum ruined.

This vacuum cleaner has amazing suction strength, and I highly recommend it.

This vacuum is being used in a commercial property. It does the job and then some! Excellent suction, user friendly. Easy to clean. The light is so helpful to ensure that nothing is missed. I love it so much that it will be my next in home vacuum.

Little early for a final judgement but this vacuum cleaner seems quote good. It's a bit too heavy for smaller individuals. I've noticed the roller sometimes stops working in the middle of a job. I have to turn it off and then back on the restore that function. Not sure why. At this point, it's merely annoying. If it keeps up, this may be a short and I'll need to swap it for a new one. I'm very happy overall with the performance of this item. Saving the 5th star only due to roller function.

Shark is always you get what you pay for, this vacuum??? AMAZING. Its a bit heavier than i thought it would be but most certainly makes up for my only dislike with how powerful this vacuum is. I knew it would be a great vacuum but i did not know it would be *this* great. I did one pass in my living room and i swear it pulled up stuff from 1978. You wouldn’t know i had cats with this bad boy unless you saw them. Absolutely amazing. 10/10

This doesn’t get hair clogged in it. Great for pet hair I have 4 dogs & this does incredible getting the hair picked up. The power this vacuum has is top notch can’t recommend enough.

Amazing vacuum - very powerful and picks up the pet hair in our home so well! We have 5 dogs and 2 cats. Very impressed and happy with this purchase.

Great suction. Easy to use. A little on the heavier side. Love the versatility. I have a toddler and 3 indoor cats. It tackles it all.
