Excellent product for the price. Ours broke, user error...., so we are replacing with exactly the same unit as we like it that much.

Originally I purchased a competitor vacuum (Bissell) and had returned it because it did not have a lot of suction. Spent a bit more for this one instead and even though it was more than I wanted to spend I am so glad I did! I vacuumed right away after using the Bissell, and it picked up a lot more dirt! This Shark Vertex vacuum works very well, I can't believe the dirt it picks up, and it even gets burrs out of my carpet. Highly recommend!

This is hands down better than any Dyson I’ve ever used. It’s amazingly versatile and proficient at cleaning every material imaginable. My wife convinced me over to Shark products and I regret nothing about the switch. A higher quality product at a more reasonable price is every reason to buy one.

My all time FAVORITE vacuum ever! It has great power and suction and I love how you can adjust the height of the brush roll. Great vacuum

This sweeper is easy to use. It it great for pet hair i have two long hair cats that shed and a dog that sheds hair non stop. The canister is light to carry it has good suction in the hose it does what its suppose to do and i havent had any trouble with it at all. Its also easy to clean out.

If you're looking for a vacuum for hardwood floors, just stop looking. This is it. Seriously, I love it so far, powerful suction, it even cleans areas where I would usually would have to bend down and scrub with my hands. Although be ready to put on a workout if you have weaker arms, as it is very heavy, but only because you need at that weight for all that power.

This is the first Shark Vacuum we have purchased and are very pleased! We have been buying Dyson's and with our dog, we're constantly cleaning the brush roller. This vacuum advertised that it will not clog up with hair and is self cleaning, and so far, this is true! This vacuum does a great job on hardwood floors as well as carpet! Our only complaint is that it could be a little lighter, although it pushes pretty easy. To sum it up, we really like this vacuum!!

I really like its versatility, going from an upright to a canister. So easy to change from floors to carpet at your fingertips.

Love this vacuum. It has a really powerful suction. I couldnt believe the amount of dog hairs that it got up. Jus to see if it was better I had previously run over the carpets with my old cylinder vacuum. Then I used the Shark Vertex and it filled the dust canister 3 times. Amazing. It is a little heavy to get used to at first, but now it's no problem. Sometimes the front fins wont spin if I have been using it on hard floors. Just have to turn off and back on for them to start.

For those that are looking for something to clean your hardwood floors , this works great. Vacuums and harwood floors have difficulty getting along and those that have hardwood floor know it can be troublesome when the wrong vacuum is used. The roller/brush itself can not turn off but the hardwood floor setting on the Shark made no marks whatsoever . It's a tad tricky to manuver around , but it's suprisingly light for a strong corded vacuum. I recommend it for those looking to get something to clean their hardwood floors. I'm certain people have their own needs and wants for a vacuum . And that's fine. I can only say for certainty that this one fits for my needs. One note - Be mindful of the cord. Personally , I like it because it's longer than most . Some will not and may even run over the cord on accident.

We just replaced our old Shark of 10+ years with this one and it’s fantastic. It’s more heavy duty than the last one but has fantastic cleaning power. It moves well and handles our tile, carpet and wood floors.

Excellent product. I had to replace my old Bissell (which was very good). This Shark is picking up everything and is so easy to use. I definitely recommend it!

Absolutely love this vacuum. With 2 large dogs it's tough to keep the house clean, but this unit is flexible, versatile, powerful. Worth every penny.

At first I was skeptical about paying more than I had for our previous vacuum but after the first time use this model had me sold. Easy to clean the moving parts and this thing sucks! We have 3 big dogs and their hair can get everywhere, with this shark the hair is no problem. If you ever questioned buying a more expensive vacuum compared to the cheaper ones and have pets I would recommend going this route any day.

This is hands down the best vacuum we have ever owned. Also the prettiest vacuum! 10/10 recommend its so easy to empty out and hasnt ever gotten jammed with anything. We are a house full of girls so there is hair everywhere which has also been a challenge with vacuums. This one is amazing!

I've had this vacuum for over a month now and used it about four different times. Overall, it does a great job of cleaning and picking up both dirt and dog hair. It's suction is super powerful, and is a better quality to some of the other vacuums I've had. Unfortunately, it is extremely heavy, and very hard to vacuum the whole house without my shoulder and arm fatiguing. Also, the Head is quite large and does not fit under standard cabinets or smaller places due to its size. I like that the body of the vacuum detaches from the stick if you want to get underneath things like beds. However, getting it back on usually knocks all of the attachment tools off which is irritating, and makes me want to use it less often in that way. This attachment for cleaning the couch or other fabric furniture, does not work at all. The second you put it on the couch it stops running. I had to buy a very expensive attachment tool that worked better.
