great vacuum at a good price. I like the fact the roller is not bristles but sort of like a microfiber roller. No hair get's caught in the roller. A little heave but its easy to detach and clean the stairs

This is my second shark. It seems to have more suction and power than my older one and is very easy to use. I would recommend this model to anyone looking for a new vacuum.

The roller really foes break up pet hair. I lovw not having to constantly stop and cut off pet hair from roller. I am pleased with the product. It is a little heavier than my previous one but this roller feature is amazing.

This vacuum is high powered and perfect for homes with pets. Hair doesn't stick to the brush roll Ann's the liftaway is perfect for my stairs. It switches effortlessly from one floor type to another. I recommend this for anyone with allergies, asthma, pets, or just prefers a really clean home.

This is a tremendous vacuum cleaner! The suction is very strong, and it cleans both hardwood and carpet very well.

This vacuum has been great. We have two Siberian Huskies and this vacuum stays on top of picking up the vast amounts of hair that they shed. It works great on both carpet and hardwood floors. I would highly recommend.

Does everything you want it to :) We finally replaced our creaky, ancient Gen 1 vacuum. I had no idea technology had advanced this far! Agitated and got so much out of our rug... So much had been lurking down there (shudder). The versatility is great. Only wish that it came standard with an upholstery tool and better system to organize attachments.

I’ve owned shark vacuum’s since 2006 it’s an addiction Every time they come out with something new I want to try it I have never been disappointed. When they came out with a dual plane I knew that this was the vacuum for me I have very long hair and A Shetland sheep dog the self cleaning roller did it for me!! I I am not going to lie it took some adjusting it is a bit different than all my others the suction was so powerful that the red light kept coming on so I could not use low pile at first but now that I have learned how do use it it works perfect. The only thing I would change is the wand, it no longer has a light on the end Which was very helpful especially in places such as the bathroom besides that I’m very happy with my purchase.

Excellent vacuum, powerful, quiet, versatile, and does a great job on whats it intended to do. From my experience with Dyson ball and this vacuum, hands down i prefer this Shark for everything mentioned above!!!

Great vacuum! Very versatile and costs way less than a Dyson for the same type of performance.

Got this to replace a smaller shark navigator i had that died. The suction on this is amazing and picks up so much more than my previous navigator. Ive only had a couple of weeks, but so far so good. My only complaint is that i find this really heavy to push and it doesnt self propel on thicker carpet setting. So be prepared for an arm workout.

Very powerful vacuum! It handles with ease and I love the no tangle rollers they are also great for dust on hardwood.

I love this vacuum. I have a shark apex stick vacuum that I love but wanted to keep it upstairs and get a bigger vacuum for downstairs. I originally purchased a shark navigator that was ok but missing some features that I like including self cleaning brush roll, the soft roller for hard floors. I ended up returning it and getting this one and I’m so happy I did. It has all of the top features, easy to use, cleans great. I was worried it would be too heavy but it actually feels lighter than my stick vacuum because the weight is distributed lower and it almost pulls itself across the floor. I like the large dust cup that I don’t have to empty as frequently.

This is the best vacuum I’ve ever owned. Powerful. Light. Super easy to empty dust basket and lift off attachments. Beats that other vacuum withe tha ball all to pieces. Best of all Best Buy sales associate was pleasant, professional and full of information.

pretty little thing. kind of pricey, but its rose gold so I had to. Sucks up dog hair like nobody's business. When vacuuming, it has a strong pull, so I wouldn't say its light and easy. But it does a great job, easy to empty. The hose is short so when I use the wand feature, I end up knocking the whole thing over.

This is an excellent vacuum. Picks up dirt, dust and pet hair without clogging. Very easy to use and very versatile. Easy to get at the filters to clean and change them.

This is my Second Shark vacuum, after owning the shark apex i didnt think a shark vacuum couldn’t get better. The apex was the top of the line shark vacuum lasting me 5 years. This new shark vacuum is the apex but better slightly lighter, and priced perfectly. The dyson doesn’t even compare. The filtration system and motor are top of the line on the shark vortex. I can already see the difference on my hard wood floors and carpeted rooms. This vacuum makes cleaning easy and effortlessly. You wont regret getting this vacuum.

Easy to use, goes under tables easily, is good at picking up dog hair, and, best of all, hair NEVER gets jammed up on roller.

This vacuum is amazing! We had a Dyson Animal vacuum for over a decade that we needed to replace. The shark sucked up so much dirt and dog hair from what we thought were clean carpets. We love that the dirt canister removes so it can operate like a stick vacuumed and reach far under furniture. It also has a light on the front so you can see what you’re vacuuming and confirm floors are now clean. We are loving this Shark product and not for one second regretting not getting another Dyson.
