I purchased this specifically for dog hair and when I tell this machine is amazing. I am very pleased. I would recommend.

Talk about cleaning. This vacuum really pulls the dirt out of our carpets and cleans our new wood floors too. Love the Lift-Away that allows me to clean places without having to move furtniture.

Generally shark is my FAVORITE brand for vacuums. Ive never been unhappy with a vacuum i have purchased... until now. Pros are great suction, long cord.... and ... thats about it i think. CONS: headlight feature ONLY works WHILE using any brushroll setting - as soon as you switch to the wand the headlights go off (when vacuum shopping the headlight feature is a REQUIREMENT for me, which this vacuum advertised "LED HEADLIGHTS", however didnt mention the limitations to this features availability. Power button is poorly placed and often has to be pressed several times before it actually powers the vacuum on/off. Brushroll settings toggle switch placed in a weird, almost inconvenient, location. There are both pros and cons with this model.. the headlight feature was the selling point for me.. turns out i was mislead. I even read A TON of reviews. Really really disappointed. Wish i had never purchased this vacuum. Way too much money for me to be this disappointed in it.

Shark - Vertex DuoClean has really powerful suction. I'm amazed how my bare floors look after cleaning. Accessories included are nice. If the unit doesn't turn on, just ensure all connections are securely clicked into place.

BEST VACUUM EVER! I have owned many vacuums in my life, other Sharks and other brands, this by far is the best model I have had. Suction is perfect! So strong and works so well! Love this thing!!!

Thos is the best Shark i have owned to date. I have 5 large dogs and this vacuum picks uo more dirt and hair than any vacuum i have owned in the past. Well worth paying the extra money.

Great sweeper. Not too heavy and I works on both shag snd plush carpet and hard floors. Carton was damaged so was afraid the item would be damaged also but was ok.

Pleased with vacuum. Has great cleaning power suction for rugs and floor. Also lights up when you vacuum. Easy to use.

Bought this for my mom for Christmas and she loves it! 5 dogs in the house and it works amazing!!

I was initially pleased with the vacuum. The suction was very good and the accessories were great. It is a little heavy but still manageable. I have always loved my Shark Vacuums. Unfortunately, my Vertex DuoClean popped my circuit breaker and then would not turn on. This was only 11 months after I purchased it. I am very disappointed.

Easy to put together and use...bought it prior to moving and was amazed at how much came out of the carpets after using the old machine. Has three levels for different flooring and used them all. Love the self cleaning rollers.

Shark really makes great products. I have owned several vacuums and they have all been great.

Easy to use, keep floors clean. Even with 3 dogs. Lightweight.

Finally got rid of my bulky 10-year-old Dyson for this Shark. Easy to assemble, navigate, and I feel the cleaning is superior. Still getting use to it, but I really like it. Also the filter is so much easier to clean!

So easy to use and light Shelby helped me find the right one for us with dogs it’s not always easy to clean but our new Shark is great and Versatile

Picks up everything on a hard surface with the brush roller. Laser/green light works well for hard surfaces too.

We have 50/50 vinyl and carpet in the house. This vacuum just handles all of it including an area shag carpet which is amazing.

Love this vacum had it 5 years noe and still worls like new
