I'm obsessed!! Let me tell you, if you have kids or a dog you need this vacuum cleaner. It picks up everything from crumbs to dog hair. I really wanted a cordless vacuum but everything had horrible reviews or a poor battery life. This is the best vacuum I've ever owned.

I love this vacuum, just little minor that shark could fix, I purchase this vacuum each year and good thing I purchase the protection , the only. Problem inside the casque there’s this small button that clicks the handle is not sting enough and it continues to break if this can be fix I would definitely give it a five stars please fix it , I love this vacuum

Love it! Still occasionally gets stuck hair but cleans out pretty easily on the roller.

I used to have a Bissell vacuum cleaner. This is a super good excellent. Love the attention it pays to details picking up everything called dirt. The navigation is phenomenal. It tilts when you try making a turn. Gets under furniture with ease. Lift away feature gives absolute freedom

Was previously using the Dyson animal . Got tired of having to clean the multiple filters and it got to the point it just wasn’t doing the job . So out with the Dyson and in with the shark.I vacuumed with the shark the same day I did with the Dyson that morning and the shark filled the dirt container !!!

Vacuum works well. But with it being a top of the line for shark I wish it had the light on the hose like some of my previous ones have had

Strong suction. using hand tools a little difficult. (hard to hold the vacuum in one hand and the hose in the other while trying to vacuum the sofa seat cushion...need a third hand.)

this vacuum is just what my wife needed in her hair salon. it vacuums up all the hair and literally has zero tangles!
