Was a great buy for the price. Had a Dyson the power head went out and this was the replacement purchase.

Great item, but don't buy from Best Buy around Christmas, they ship it in original packaging for everyone to see. Then the nonstop emails about customer questions!

This vacuum is going to be a Christmas present so I'm not sure how well it works yet. It had really great reviews from multiple sites which is why I chose this one.

I love this thing ❤️. I always get the protection plan because it sometimes dies anywhere from 1-3 years but always got a replacement free of charge from best buy with geek squad protection.

Pretty much the best vacuum I have ever owned! The dual brushes work amazing on all surfaces and no more dog hair tangled up in the brush is a win win.

This vacuum shouldn’t cost more than $200, so its $500 retail price is absolutely not woth it. Its bagless system does a very poor job in removing the finer dust before it makes it to the filter. The filtration system is awful. After my first use the filter was caked in dust, even the HEPA filter had dust on it. That filtration system will absolutely shorten the life on the motor. I would not recommend at its current price, or any proce above $200.
