First time we used we could not believe it, we were using a shop vacuum, but we are so stoked we got this one

Very difficult to maneuver. Power is good but it is a hazard for anyone with a bad back. It takes more strength to keep it guided than any other vaccum I have used.

This was a gift for my daughter. She said the vacuum works great and has a lot of suction

Well this vacuum worked great for about 2 months, this thing isn’t good for long and short hair German shepherds it just quit

The vacuum has good suction but it is unwieldy to use and the on/off switch isn't placed well. It was a compromise purchase: I couldn't find a vacuum with all the things I wanted that had a great rating.

Great vaccumm great suction in hardwood floor and carpets specially if you have pets .

Don't waste your money, in not quite a year I've had 3 failures of the soft roller. Shark/Ninja is not easy to work with when it come to getting any sort of warranty on the product. After much argument the first time around, they reluctantly sent a new sweeper head that didn't match the sweeper, second failure and very aggrivated they in "good faith" sent a new unit, new unit was received in September 2023 and has already failed again. The unit as a whole is junk. They're made to be thrown away and not serviceable as in being able to purchase replacement belts.

Purchased as a back up Vaccuum as DYSON out for repairs. It is taking a bit to get comfortable with and not super happy. It was a deal of the day and needed to use up pts.

Great suction. Works great with dogs around and kids making a mess all the time.

I do not care for this vacuum. It is very heavy to push, the head has an odd way of swiveling rather than staying straight and does not have a place to hold the cord while vacuuming. I am going to return the product as I am not satisfied. I have owned Shark vacuums for several years and am very disappointed in this one.

I have loved this vacuum cleaner. I bought it less than three months ago, and it has worked great for our tile floors and also carpet bedrooms. We have dogs and have to have a great vacuum cleaner that works well. But suddenly it will not power on.. haven’t even had it 90 days. It’s way too expensive to be going out this soon!

new shark is real good , suction power is amazing. roller set uo up is different than old still roller but works good

This vacuum didn't work for me, I think it was second hand because two months after purchasing it, it was ruined and best buy doesn't want to change it. I don't recommend it and I bought others that were cheaper and last longer.

Love the suction power and the way it maneuvers under the bed.

Best vacuum move ever purchased. Works well and easy to use

A very good vacuum except when pulled apart to use the canister, the hose is extremely short and awkward . It needs an extension wand, hard on the back

Don’t care for the rollers. My previous shark was a much better cleaner

It’s a little bulky but perfoms better than our Dyson.
