Best Buy customer service is terrible

I didn't buy the insurance through Best Buy... I hope they will take it back. Don't Buy this vacuum if you know what's Best for you.

Powerful cleaner...
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my 3rd Shark vacuum and this is the most powerful of all of them. The units is easy to assemble out of the box and the attachments store easily. There isn't a place to store the power head attachment so that is a little annoying. The dust collection bin is also larger than the one I owned previously but it's easy to detach and to empty. It is a little heavier than the Shark Duo clean but it is definitely worth it. The setting switch on the handle is easy to use and I like the location of the power switch. It's much more convenient. The new powerfins seem to do a good job of collecting debris and there are no hair tangles around the brushes to worry about. Overall, I would say this is a great vacuum especially with not having to remove hair from the brushes when you have 2 women in the house with long hair.
