It’s heavy which is expected so I don’t mind has 3 settings for different flooring cleans up everything !!! I have a golden retriever so there’s so much Jaír everywhere !!! But with this vacuum it picks everything up !! It is better than my dyson picks up dog food hair paper confetti highly recommended! There’s also lots of videos on YouTube !!

great machine, but a little heavy to push on carpeted areas. great suction

Love this vacuum. It has a powerful suction and is easy to operate. It isnt super heavy or bulky. Works perfect for me.

Great vac. We had an older vacuum that was years old and I thought was decent. Wife kept saying this one is what a few friends cleaning companies use. Finally got it to show it would not be much better. We own this vacuum and have retired the other. After going over a rug 3 or 4 times with the old one I turned on this one. One pass over the rug and there was noticeable dirt in the container. I think the other brand may be as good, but will say wife was right and a new vacuum was needed. Downside is one attachment will not fit on vacuum. Throw the accessory away or duct tape it to the canister, either work.

Best vacuum I have owned. the other one before this one said it was for pets but was always getting clogged and then taken apart to keep going. This vacuum however does it all no clogs even over the most heavy traveled areas of my pets. easy to set up easy to use. Worth every penny as it does the hard wood floor with a simple slide on the handle.

Works great on area rugs, thick carpet, and hardwood floors. Easy to clean and use in its different applications. Nice to remove the tank from the wheel base to clean stairs and things up high. A great vacuum.

Great vac. Bought to replace a higher end Kenmore cannister vac and it is much more convenient to use and no expensive cannister bags that stink! Does great on bare floor and carpet. I have dogs and a cat and it does an excellent job at getting all the animal hair up! Bonus points for when I vacuum the bare floor, nothing spits back out at me from underneath...not even cat litter! It is heavy though, especially on the pull back

Love this vacuum. It has great suction, lightweight, and easy to maneuver. I had a Shark cordless which I really liked because I didn't want to fuss with a cord but I am glad I got this in its place. With the lift-away power head it has so much flexibility - ceilings, stairs, or whatever.

This vacuum is very heavy. The cord also gets in the way very easily. Too easily in fact. Despite my best efforts I vacuumed the cord up slightly and it destroyed the cord. It is very hard to maneuver due to the weight. When using the handle attachment, the tubing to the vacuum is very springy and doesn't stretch very far. I ended up knocking over the vacuum while using this feature and denting my hard wood floor. I am returning this vacuum due to these reasons. I will be purchasing a hand held vacuum instead. With that said, the vacuum is powerful and does do a good job vacuuming but is hard to use and is heavy.

The shark is unbeatable with power, suction, speed and reliability. The only thing I would say it’s a tad heavy and pulls you if your on high carpet. Other than this easy set up, sucks up dog hair with ease and has a nice light on front! For the price try to catch a sale!

Love this vacuum. Bought and returned 2 Shark vacuums before finding this one. Vacuumed right after vacuuming with my other Shark and picked up so much more. It lifts away so you can push the vacuum under furniture and it lifts away so you can use the hose as well. It is so powerful it almost pulls you with it. Yes expensive but in my opinion, worth it.

This is a step up at multiple levels from previous dirt devil, huge difference in suction, motor noise, ease of use and quality. Totally worth it.

This is a great vacuum, I have been vacuuming regularly, but on the same carpet which I just vacuumed, i was surprised with the amount of dust it sucked. A little on the heavier side tho.

Great vacuum. It does a great job on carpet and hard floors. Easy to clean debris when needed. It is a little heavy however. Overall, a very good vacuum.

This vacuum is amazing! I have a disability which prevents me from doing almost every household task one could imagine. The tasks I am able to attempt must be done with extreme care, and I must limit the time I do the particular task. My wife bought a "robo-vacuum" - you know the one. They hare circular in form, and are self guided. Those robo-vacuums are great on hardwood and tile. We thought the rob-vac was doing a good job on the (very) low-pile rug, but we were mistaken. One pass with this Shark Vacuum was all it took to realize how much dirt the robo-vac was missing! We were shocked! The Shark is so powerful! Thanks to the self propelling action of this vac, I can manage using it for about 5 minutes at a time and my wife can clean the house in 20 mins. Purchased this in October and it worked well until it completely stopped working three months later. Thankfully, it was effortlessly exchanged for a new one at the store. A few of the things I like: great suction on both flat and carpeted surfaces; LED lights are bright; ease of emptying canister with the drop bottom door= brilliant! Room for improvement: lights turn off when detaching handle to use accessories- tricky to see when using in dark corners and underneath furniture; the rubber tip of the accessory end is slanted, which prevents adequate suction in corners- maddening when trying to get lady bugs in corners! Will see how this new replacement fares. I’ve been a loyal fan of Shark for many years and refuse to try other brands.

If you have pets, this is the vacuum for you. I could not believe the amount of dog hair it pulled out, even after we had carpets cleaned. It is slightly weighty but you have to decide if you want clean soft carpet, or something easy to just pick up surface items.

This is my second shark that i've bought. This is hands down the best vacuum we have ever bought. This thing has more power then anything out there. All the simple things that it does really makes it easy to get into every spot. Would buy this again in a heart beat.

This is a great vacuum! Light weight, easy to move and has great suction- even for pet hair. Attachments are ideal for hard to reach places or detailed locations. Easy to empty and clean. Great on carpet or hard surfaces.

Oh my god...This is the best vacuum I've ever owned. More power than expected and so easy to use. Assembly took less than 5 minutes and it performs so good that it's hard to believe that I hadn't purchased one before this. I'm a retired Custodian and have used some pretty good equipment, this vacuum blows them all away.
