Works great. I like the assist in pushing. Easy to assemble. Picks up well.

Easy to handle and picks up all the dog hairs. Easy to empty the canister. works well on the carpet as well as on the hard floors. Would highly recommend this item.

This thing is a beast. Super versatile and very powerful. I was a little nervous about trying something non-dyson but I think we made the right decision.

It sucks. Really well though...this vacuum is full of power. It’s amazingly powerful actually. So powerful it pulls itself across the floor when in low pile suction. Pros: -Powerful -Sexy design (hello copper) -LED Lights -Biggest Bin I’ve had on a shark -Sealed hepa -Minima assembly. Cons: -No longer has the light on the handle when you use tools. :( -Power fins seem gimmicky. There are still bristles...lol. They might help on hard floors still though. Tests should be done. 4. Nowhere to put ALL the tools on the vacuum. Hate having to store things separately. 5. Has lest features than the previous Apex Duo Clean...but cost $100 more. Sus.

top of the line in performance. This is my 3rd shark vacuum and its the best yet. OnCarpet does fantastic and hard floors nothing left on the floor. I would buy it again. Very happy with it.

Pros. 1. Great for hard floors 2. Good for carpet 3. Powered lift way is great for cleaning under things 4. Lights show dust on floors 5. Hepa filters keep dust inside the machine Cons. 1. No option to turn off brush rolls. ( probably because the soft roller in the front would just push things around) 2. Can scratch hardwood floors if you use it to vacuum gritty materials like beach sand or loose dirt from outside. 3. The attachments are do not all fit on the vacuum 4. The crevice tool with the rubber nubs is not useful it would be better to have a brush to attach on the end 5. You have to hold the canister while using the hose. Otherwise it falls over all the time.

Easy to assemble. Has a lot of different functions even with only having a few different parts. Easy to use and move around, even on stairs. Most importantly, suction is strong and it’s easy to clean out.

My new Shark vacuum cleaner is a wonderful addition to our home. I did not realize the dirt on my rugs until purchased and used the vacuum cleaner. I truly had to empty the container. I love the ease of use, light touch moving across the rugs. I also used it on the floor Whoa it cleaned in between the cracks with ease. The best thing I have bought in a long time to help keep the house clean with no dust in the air.

The Shark Vertex is a very capable vacuum. The best feature is the dual brushroll system that prevents any smaller bits being kicked out when vacuuming hard surfaces. It is a relatively quiet vacuum as well. Very powerful. My only concern is in regard to design and future durability. The on/off switch is located on the handle which means that if there is ever too much stress or stretch put on the hose, over extension, etc, there is a possibility that the switch may become disconnected from the motor circuit. This has not happened to me and maybe it never will. I have used the vacuum for about a month and all things considered this is the best vacuum I've ever owned.

It's everything it's described to be. Has fantastic suction power that leaves carpet clean. It is also easy to clean and maintain. This was a great upgrade from my previous Shark Rotator.

I have only used the vaccum twice. So far, it is fine. Good suction, and the lift away feature is good. Though a bit heavy, it should be OK for users who don't have any restrictions.

Love this vacuum. Definitely worth the money. Was frustrated at first because the self cleaning roll was giving no me a hard time. But once I changed the settings high pile carpet it was great! I had a shark navigator before this and this is a huge upgrade. Bigger dust cup. Seems to get a deeper clean. With a German shepherd in my house this is great for deep clean days a few times a week even with a robot vacuum running daily. Had definitely decreased the overall amount of dust I’ve seen in my house as well

I have given this vacuum since November. I like but don’t love it . We have cats and dogs and it does well with carpet , tile and cat litter . Empties ok and filter is always dirty . It stopped working recently and cooled off then was fine . It tips over easy when using attachment . Small pieces don’t stay on well and hose is not long at all for high places . I had a Dyson animal and don’t love the suction but liked the attachments. This is much lighter and has good suction but isn’t as easy to use . Falls over alot . Won’t get again and not worth the money

Best vacuum we’ve purchased in a long time! Well worth the money, especially with three dogs in the house, and a house full of girls. Tackled hair like a champ.

The suction on this vacuum is great, but it is very hard to deal with as far as cleaning goes. It does not maneuver very well. The suction is so strong that area rugs. It sucks up and completely stops. You have to turn the vacuum off and back on to get it started again, even with the rug rotator going I have two extra large muddy mats, which is a shag consistency. It does not vacuum that very well at all it still leaves a lot of dirt in between the rug fibers. I would not buy this vacuum again.

Great all around vacuum, this vacuum has great suction, is easy to clean, can clean under beds couches tables, hard floors. Great suction on the attachments too. Best vacuum ive ever owned so far.

Best vacuum ever. Use weekly with three long haired dogs and it makes it so much easier and quicker
