Great vacuum but get the warranty

But they are plastic. That goes with pretty much anything you buy these days. We are a daily vacuum home. Worth the buy but get the warranty

Great suction, wish it had a light on the wand

It's great on hard wood floors and tile and carpets that don't move, though. The one downfall is the wand doesn't have a light on it like my former vacuum did. Other than that, I love it!

Love it! Till it stopped working.

Looked at last year's model...go with this one

Only problem was Best Buy didn't match the online price of Sharkonline.com.

I was surprised about the amount of hair that falls from my cats when I started using this vacuum. easy to handle. The only thing I'm upset about is that it stopped working after two months of use. I think it was a malfunction in the wire. but I'm glad I had insurance. I had to pay a fee to redeem another one but it was worth it because it's really good.

Only downside I have is it it weighs a ton. Because it’s so new the hose doesn’t stretch really nice yet. Whacked myself with the machine more than a couple times dusting lol
