Love, love, love this vacuum. I’ve had it just over a year now and it works amazing.

Wow.. we have had a couple shark vacuums over the last 5 years and they have all done great, but this is by far the best vacuum that we have used to date. The suction is unreal, the brushes work wonders, and no dog/human hair has been able to tangle up on them. Don’t hesitate, if you are thinking about buying this I highly recommend it!

This model has great suction. Excellent rolling system, easy to move around the house due to its rotating head. Love that you can detach the canister.

The product lives up to all the differentiating claims that lead to its selection: the twin roller pick up way more dirt off my hardwood floors, hair does not wind around the roller, suction is strong and the configuration of the product meets all my needs.

Shark by far makes the best vacuum for the price! This thing picks up every spec of dust regardless of flooring.

I had the shark apex duo previously and liked that model better as you could take apart the roller and clean hair off more thoroughly. Suction power is still great though. Would definitely recommend shark products for pet owners.

We tried a few vacuums before this one and we weren’t fond of vacuums but we decided to try this out and it was the best decision we made. It soo easy and quick with a one year old it is the best vacuum to have.

Works very practical on all surfaces and the hand release for above ground is great. Very powerful suction. I need not go the the car vacuum and wash station, this is great.

The only reason that I did not give it the 5th star is the dust bin capacity. I wish it was a little more. Otherwise it is the strongest suction vacuum I have ever owned. I have two Alaskan Malamutes and they have killed two Dyson uprights and the Dyson canister just doesn't have enough power. I love lift away option, it is one of the most useful features I have seen. Time will tell if it will hold up or whether the Malamute hair will kill it too.

I needed something to replace an old vacuum that just wasn't cutting it anymore. After reading reviews and finding this on sale, I decided to try it out. We have a Dyson as well for another floor, but I didn't want the price tag again. I vaccumed the same area twice, once with the old, then with this one. The bin was full the second time. This vacuum picked up so much packed in dirt that the carpet feels like new. I'm impressed with how much dirt it got out. The swivel head also makes getting around furniture legs a breeze. I noticed previous reviews mentioned the hand attachment stops spinning during use because it's air powered. I did have this issue, but once I changed the handle setting to bare floor, it sounded like a jet taking off. No more stopping the spinning unless you press down really hard. Works perfectly on stairs. I do wish there was a holder on the vacuum for that attachment though. Overall a great vacuum. I feel it holds its own against our Dyson, so very happy with this purchase.

My parents have the Shark Rotater upright vacuum and this is noticeably heavier going up and down stairs with. The suction strength is better though, picking up a lot more dirt and pet hair on the first pass than the Rotater.

Excellent machine. I've had 3 Shark products now, the original pet one, the pet cordless stick sweeper, and now this. I've also had their main competitor, with the Ball. I will never buy the Ball brand again. It finally broke and I was authorized to buy a new vacuum, got the Shark without hesitation, and was instantly happen to vacuum again. This model is a bulkier one, not as easy to steer as other models, but that's not a drawback for me. That could be for someone with compromised wrists. It's my only critique.

This vacuum has very good suction! I have a shark navigator and that doesn’t even compare to this one! It’s was hard to get use to at first but I’m so impressed with the amount of dirt it gets!

I love this new Shark Vertex DuoClean as it was an upgrade from my Shark DuoClean M series vacuum. The suction is fantastic, the cord has good length and it comes with a plethora of tools to clean the sofas, curtains, and hard-to-reach areas.

I have had two Dyson Animals over the last 15 years or so. I will NOT be going back! I almost bought the Dyson Animal 2, glad I didn't. This is so much more versatile, turns easier, and the features trump the Dyson in every way, and its easier on the wallet. Watch the youtube reviews...you will be impressed.

This vacuum is AMAZING!! We have 5 dogs and it has no problem keeping up with all of the hair. The No wrap rollers are no joke either! It is a bit heavy, but not an issue considering the cleaning power.

I’ve had this vacuum for a year and a half and it still runs like new. Dog hair, cat hair, two adults with hair past their shoulders, carpet and hard floors. Worth the money!
