Great vacuum. It got that white plaster dust out of a 'soft' filament carpet put there during a remodel, that two other vacuums left behind - a Dyson and a Shark Navigator that was the worst vacuum ever and fails (stops working) on soft carpets.

Having four animals in house... Hair is everywhere... But with this incredible vacuum... It trudges through all flooring types in the house AND DEVOURS their fur! So glad we upgraded our 12 year old shark to this new model!

So far i like the vacuum. Its suction is good and it picks up the dust and animal hair well on the hard floors. I have had an issue a few times where it comes apart when i pick it up while vacuuming. Ive thought about using my old vacuum on the carpets after using the new vacuum, just to see if its missing anything but havent done that yet.

Great pick up/suction. Better than the Apex Duo... But it is missing the LED light on the handle and the powered accessory for upholstery/steps. I felt like for the price it should have all the same options as the Apex Duo. Still the fins and the added suction power is really good!

It has proven to be quite reliable and relatively easy to maintain.

PERFECT VACUUM IF U HAVE PETS. Suction is great , picks everything up from crumbs to dog hair .

Excellent vacuum, works really well on all types of floors. It has multiple settings to ensure you can get whatever mess you are trying to get up. Me and my wife were indecisive about getting this one or a Dyson ball vacuum and after watching many videos we ended up with this one and couldn't be happier.

SHARK IN MY OPINION ARE THE VERY BEST VACUUMS!! THIS ONE IS NO DIFFERENT IT REALLY PULLS DIRT OUT OF RUGS...IT DOESNT GET STUCK WITH HAIR AND ALSO GREAT ON FLOORS. FOR THE PRICE YOU CANT BEAT THEM.

EXCELLENT VACUUM. REPLACED OUR OLDER SHARK VACUUM, THAT'S A BOUT 4 YEARS OLD. THE WIFEY IS LOVING IT. SHE MENTIONED, IT WAS PICKING UP STUFF THE OLDER ONE WOULD LEAVE BEHIND. THAT'S ALL I REALLY NEEDED TO HEAR. ITS A MUST BUY.

This is my 3rd vacuum from Shark. All have been great... they last for years ... great power.. easy to find parts if one of my kids damages it.. had other brands in the past... never went back...

Wow, amazingly effective. Picked up far more dirt and animal hair than my last vacuum (an Oreck), and works well on carpet, rugs and hardwood floors. Very happy with this purchase.

This vacuum really sucks! It sucks so much I had to put on highest setting on the freshly installed carpet. So, if you want a vacuum that really sucks. I highly recommend this model.

As they say, "Don't Get Me Started". I replaced a 10 year old Dyson with this vacuum. The Dyson NEVER worked this good. I am a vacuum freak that shows this vac off to everyone who enters my home. Works great in my car as well.

I’ve found the powerful suction together with the adjustments for rug heights and floor to be very effective in getting g our flooring clean. So much better than the battery powered cordless models. Only reason for 4 vs 5 stars woul be the lack of retractable power cord.

I have been purchasing Shark products for a couple years now and my latest purchase of the Shark Vertex DuoClean from the Shark I had before has taken some getting use to. My other Shark was a Shark Duo it had the double rollers and the suction was great as in this new perches which has even more suction and 3 different levels floor, carpet, and shag carpet. I love the feature that allows me to remove the canister and vacuum under furniture however it does take some getting use too due to the suction strength. If I had to critique anything is that the front part of this model is too wide and cant get into some areas that I did with my other Shark which I loved because it was more compact. This one is a bit more bulky.

We purchased this vacuum to replace a worn-out Dyson. We need a great vacuum that can take on the hair of our fantastic, but super shedder dog. This vacuum is incredible. It works better than our previous Dyson. Thrilled to have selected this over another Dyson.

Great vacuum! Works well on all surfaces-hard floors, thick carpet. Great suction and love that the vacuum has a hepa filter for removing allergens while you clean.

Best vacuum we have ever bought. Deep cleaning like no other. We have a dog and a cat and this vacuum gets everything. No hair gets tangled up in the brush ether. And the hepa filter system is excellent.

Easy to use, lightweight and heavy duty. This vacuum sucks up 3x the dirt my old vacuum did. I thought it was a great vacuum at a great price. I’ve had more expensive vacuums not preform as good as this one.
