Love it! Works great, easy to use. Seems to be well made and good quality. I was hesitant to buy based on price but I’m very happy with my purchase.

I really wanted to get a Dyson because they look better, but this vacuum does the job just as good and better in some areas. Did plenty of research before purchasing and it has been living up to the hype. This is my 2nd Shark vacuum cleaner.

Probably the best thing I’ve invested in for my home. Suction is amazing. I use it to clean my car as well. Beats my sister’s Dyson every time.

This vacuum is crazy powerful. You can feel it pulling you along as it is dislodging dirt and dust from carpets and rugs. Very pleased with performance. Only complaint would be the cord management and the tendency for the unit to tip over when using wand or attachments.

Great vaccum. It was great with having 2 golden retrievers and the hair they leave being. Bad thing is it only lasted less than a year. Best Buy gave me the money back to go towards a new vaccum. Wanted to get another shark because they are the best with dog hair but they had none in stock so had to get a Dyson. Sure do miss my shark vaccum.

So much suction. Even after going over carpet with my Dyson, the shark got so much more dirt out. Wish cord was longer , other then that I love it.

Love this vacuum, not to heavy to lift up the stairs and gets rid of all the pet hair and dirt. Love it and it fits in the hard to reach places absolutely love it!

It worked good in carpet flooring.! Will recommend it.

Love this vacuum! Great power, much better than the rechargeable stick vacuums. Tested by using stick vacuum and then this Shark Vertex and it pulled up dust that the stick vacuum did not. Love the light so you can see in darker areas. Wish it had a light on the hose when you detach it.

Needed a new one and out older dyson ball just wasn't cutting it anymore. This works great. The brush on this works far better than anything I've ever used. Lift away is a nice feature and allows getting under almost all furniture. Very happy with it.

While the vacuum has incredible suction it had way too many moving parts. The list away mechanism was difficult to use as well. Everytime you try to lift away the canister the whole thing comes apart and it was a pain for my wife to use. I do like the ease of cleaning the roller and that it doesn’t get tangled.

It met and exceeded my expectations. I love the way is swivels for easy clearing. It is a little heavy when you are pulling it back gut that is not a problem.

We own a cleaning business and did a lot of research before purchasing a vacuum. This vacuum is clear winner, and all our cleaners are thoroughly impressed how well this vacuum picks up what others don’t! You won’t be disappointed!

Replaced a Dyson with this, and I don’t regret it one bit. This does a far better job getting fine dust and dirt, and the self cleaning hair snag whatever features are great in my house with two women who shed more than any animal on the planet! Easy to clean and care for, great power!

I absolutely recommend! Especially if you have pets. Super versatile. I will no longer be buying Dyson, as their products just don't hold up.

Much too heavy to use all around the house. The noise level was ok but not great as compared to Kenmore we had. We are going to splurge and get a Miele.

Excellent vacuum, powerful, quiet, versatile, and does a great job on whats it intended to do. From my experience with Dyson ball and this vacuum, hands down i prefer this Shark for everything mentioned above!!!

This vacuum is awesome. The self cleaning brush roller really works. My daughter was visiting me and she brought her hairy Newfoundland dog. The vacuum picked up the dog hair and the roller did not clog up with dog hair like other vacuums I have had in the past.
