Great vacuum. Really sucks, like it should. Easy to empty, no bag. The handheld option is very simple. Three different vacuum level/heights - thick carpet/rug/hardwood; simple to switch.

Best vacuum we've every owned! Had it for a month now n it sucks up hair (3 cats) without clogging or leaving any behind. Works great n goes directly from hardwood to carpet without skipping a beat, even if you forget to change the floor setting. The dual roller head really works great. Vac is expensive but you get what you pay for, especially compared to your typical <$150 store vac. Carries easily as in the item description & pictures. Only downside we've found is that there isn't a proper storage spot built into the vac for the small roller attachment but that's getting really nitpicking. Great vac & the rose gold color scored me bonus points at home!

My vacuum carpet floor attachment quit working. Contact customer service for the “lifetime” warranty figure it will be no problem. Nope big problem. They verify that it is not working and say it is not covered in warranty. WHAT??? So I have to pay $32 for new carpet attachment. Pay over $400 for a vacuum that has a VIP lifetime warranty that Shark hides behind. Even worse when I receive new part I see that this is a poorly designed component designed to fail as it is made of a cheap rubber that will fail. Bad design Shark and I am sure you know this is an issue. In the pic the top one has failed due to a compressed rubber seal that renders the vacuum useless.

This thing has awesome suction power. The amount of dirt it gets up amazes me.

Amazing vacuum. Purchased this for my son, because he purchased a Dyson which is TERRIBLE. They work great at first and then....not so good. The Shark - is a reliable and tough vacuum.

Pricey but worth it. This vacuum is AMAZING, my only complaint with the purchase is with best buy and not the vacuum. I love that it can go from carpet to hardwood with a quick flip of a switch

So far so good.! I am not finding that I need to stop the vacuum and untangle hair as previous vacuums. And the amount of dust the vacuum sucks up is an eye opener!

Better than our last Shark, but almost too powerful. Don't run over the cord, i had to put tape on our where it almost ate it.

Awesome vacuum. I have hardwoods and carpets and this works beautifully on both of them. The hose is a little stiff initially, but becomes easier to work with the more you use it. Great buy!
