Huge upgrade from my previous vacuum. I love the the different configurations and the suction is amazing. Already I see a difference in the way our carpet looks and feels.

This Vertex az2002 replaces my 23 year old Dyson animal. There is a bit of a learning curve when operating or assembling the vacuum. I also found it runs forward so hang on.. but when you pull it back it will suck the carpet padding off the floor. cleaning the dirt container is actually two containers. One for the "dust and a second one for the debris" I suggest you use compressed air after a number of uses to clean the container. Remember to wash the filters on a regular basis. I hope I'll see many years of reliable use.

Little pricey section is really good got up dirt out of the carpet that I did not even know we had in there It is a lot heavier than most vacuums

This is an awesome vacuum cleaner! I was truly surprised by how well it works on carpet and hardwood floors. It is especially good at handling dog hair! Easy to use.

After replacing a vacuum that I've had for over 20 years, this one is such a dream. No more bags and pushing heavy stuff vacuum cleaner. I love how multi functional it is and it sucks up so much dirt. Taking up dirt that my old vacuum missed. I'm very pleased with my purchase and even happier that I got it on sale

After sweeping your carpet, you can feel the difference on how well it pulls everything out of the carpet

After our old vacuum went out, we needed a new one that we were familiar with. Only downside is the new one is heavier than our older one. After figuring out that it comes apart to just carry what’s needed it is a great purchase.

So far it’s been great. Love the versatility of it. Easy to set up and use. Have a dog and a cat so it sees fairly decent action.

I like the different settings for different types of carpet. I also like the ease of vacuuming under tables and chairs.

Love this vacuum. I switched from a Dyson to a shark a few years back and really thought it did a great job with our pets. I needed to purchase a new one for our first floor and decided on this model for our dogs. It is wonderful! My only complaint is that it works like a self- propelled model and sometimes hit my furniture if I’m not careful. Love it and would definitely purchase again. It’s expensive but with it.

Great product ! It more powerful then my old one. I needed the power head for the dog hair. I purchased this one cause of the power lift away.

Very expensive, but boy does it work. I don't yet have a long term review, but as long as it is reliable I view it as a "cry once, buy once" type purchase.

This machine easy to unpack and put together. Much lighter and easier to use than that other brand. (The one that makes all the good hand driers. Does what I need.

This vacuum has great suction inability to clean the hardwood floors and carpet with ease. Built well with a long power cord this is by far my favorite vacuum.
