This vacuum works well but is very heavy. When using it, it feels heavier than it is especially on carpet. There is a lot of resistance even on the lightest setting. It also requires frequent maintenance. I’ve had to disassemble several times already. For the price point I would expect less work overall. I wish I would’ve returned it within the return window because I’d really prefer something else.

This thing rocks. Really the only thing close to a negative would be that its heavier than expected.

Great suction is a selling point but and I thought it would make it easier to clean but on carpet it moves forward very easy but is difficult to pull backward. It causes extra strain doing the regular vacuuming.

We love this vacuum and if we knew what we were missing--we would have bought one sooner!!!

Love this vacuum picks up dog hair great. I like this one better then my older style shark. Has great suction.

Works great, picks up everything on all floor types. I'm very pleased with it.

The performance is good. I don't like the coiled hose. It will extend about a foot and then to go further you have to hold the vacuum and pull hard just to extend three feet. To adjust from a hard wood floor to a carpet you have to slow down the suction or the brush will stop moving. Maybe the design should have it maintain full suction and be able to adjust the head height manually.

Good bargain for the cost. Works great on carpet and wooden flooring.

Great Equipment, makes my floor look new. I would recommend this this to anyone. Commercial grade results.

Love it! Best vacuum I've ever used. The front brushroll doesn't miss anything. Anything close to the baseboard is gone in one try. Releasing the canister to go under beds and furniture is a stroke of genius. Filter is easy to get to to clean. Also like the three floor settings for bare floor, throw rugs and carpet controlled at a convenient switch by the power button. Well thought out design! Told wife I didn't need her anymore!!!
