Best vacuum I’ve ever owned! I’ve had it for a month now and it’s not gotten any hair, my own or my bunnies, wrapped around the brush or stuck in the tubes.

I always buy shark vacuums. They last quite a while for me. I’m always vacuuming and Shark is the best

Pros: Loved the suction and the dual brushless brushrolls. Cons: Everything else. Very heavy and extremely awkward. Canister won't sit up and flops all over the floor. Hose won't work unless the wand is connected so the hose is useless. Returned it!

Love it. Picks up better than the older sharks. Hair does not get wrapped around like the brushes

Awesome product! My fiancé and I both agree that this is by far our greatest vacuum much stronger and larger capacity than our others as well. definitely recommend!

Effective for basic cleaning. Not great on pet hair. Picks up going forward but then often spits out a clump when pulled backwards. Would recommend for basic cleaning but not for households with long haired pets.

The vacuum is easily maneuverable and with the Lift-Away feature has a very low profile that allows you to clean under almost everything. I would recommend this product to a friend.

I have 7 animals and when I tell you this thing does the job!!!

Love this so far! We had used our old vacuum just 2 days before and were amazed at how much dust and dog hair this thing picked up!

Does a wonderful job. Does better then our $1800.00 machine ever did. Should of bought a Shark back then. We have 2 dogs and they shed a lot. Never have to clean the roller brush. Will buy another Shark when we need one.

The apple care came with total tech. Good thing it's with total tech or I'd have to go without

I am very pleased with the product, and it is great for my hardwood floors. No hard brushes and no entangled air or threads that need to be cleared from the roller.

I really like this vacuum. The suction is amazing. Very easy to assemble.

This is a great vacuum. I have 2 huskies and they shed a lot. This vacuum has no problems picking up fur and no tangles. The noise level is low too. That's a big plus for me because one of my dogs has sensitive ears.

The original lift away rotator was the best. This one is missing many things and way to heavy vs the older model.
