This is our 3rd Sharp vacuum and cost way more than the other 2. Do NOT waste your money. The power roller stops working and it won’t pick up anything, because Hair get stuck in it. I have long hair, but the other 2 don’t have a problem with this at all. Definitely switching brands with our next purchase.

It’s just okay. Works good but I don’t think it’ll last as long as I want it to. Kinda annoying dispense bin.

This one does the trick for us, we love it. We have had several Sharks and this is the best one yet.

So far so good. However these canister vacuums don't seem to last very long. This is my third in as many years. We'll see if this one holds up

The vacuum is ok. It is a little clunk to move around and isn’t as easy to get into tight spaces like our old dyson ball. Overall it seems to pick up a lot of dirt and dog hair.

Vacuum works well when it works but constantly gets clogged and has to be torn apart and cleaned

Smaller than I imagined when purchasing. With two dogs that she’d a ton, I’m continuously having to empty when vacuuming. Not what I expected for the money spent.

Excellent suction -especially hair and lint - and the hair does not wrap around the roller

First time we used we could not believe it, we were using a shop vacuum, but we are so stoked we got this one

Not a good choice for tile floors. The roller doesn't reach/clean the grout. Works ok on vinyl floors but quite messy. Leaks while stopped and cleaning it is not a quick and easy thing to do. I prefer using a mop and a bucket.

Very difficult to maneuver. Power is good but it is a hazard for anyone with a bad back. It takes more strength to keep it guided than any other vaccum I have used.

This was a gift for my daughter. She said the vacuum works great and has a lot of suction

The vacuum has good suction but it is unwieldy to use and the on/off switch isn't placed well. It was a compromise purchase: I couldn't find a vacuum with all the things I wanted that had a great rating.

Well this vacuum worked great for about 2 months, this thing isn’t good for long and short hair German shepherds it just quit

Great vaccumm great suction in hardwood floor and carpets specially if you have pets .

Waited a week only to receive one that had been used and broken. To add insult to injury I then found out Best Buy isn’t selling them anymore so I can’t even get a replacement. I had to spend MORE money to get a similar one.

Don't waste your money, in not quite a year I've had 3 failures of the soft roller. Shark/Ninja is not easy to work with when it come to getting any sort of warranty on the product. After much argument the first time around, they reluctantly sent a new sweeper head that didn't match the sweeper, second failure and very aggrivated they in "good faith" sent a new unit, new unit was received in September 2023 and has already failed again. The unit as a whole is junk. They're made to be thrown away and not serviceable as in being able to purchase replacement belts.
