Love this vacuum cleaner. It has the most powerful suction I've ever seen. It's very maneuverable and easy to use.

THIS THING HAS BEEN AWSOME FOR US... I HAVE 3 DOGS 2 CATS AND 3 KIDS THAT DESTROY MY HOUSE AND THIS HASNT CLOGGED MUCH BUT ITS CONTAINER JUST ISNT BIG ENOUGH IS MY ONLY COMPLAINT

great product. super potent. I was surprised about the amount of hair that falls from my cats when I started using this vacuum. easy to handle. The only thing I'm upset about is that it stopped working after two months of use. I think it was a malfunction in the wire. but I'm glad I had insurance. I had to pay a fee to redeem another one but it was worth it because it's really good.

This vacuum is as advertised, there is not hair tangled in the rollers and it has great suction. But beware, this unit is heavy.

I truly believe this vacuum is amazing. However the only reason I’m rating it 3 stars because I ordered for delivery. My box arrived and it was damaged. It worked great for 3 days; then I noticed it wouldn’t turn on. I do believe I received a damaged product from shipping.

I have been a Shark customer for years, and I was always impressed with the quality and durability of each product. However, this vacuum far exceeds my previous love for Shark. I have an area rug in my living room, and I vacuum it twice a week. Now, not much traffic comes through, so I thought it was clean and had very few dirt particles in the rug. When I used the deep clean for thick rugs, I couldn't believe the dirt and debris it vacuumed up. My rug felt cleaner and softer afterward. This is an excellent product, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

So impressed with this shark much better than the one I replaced. super suction and easy to use. Only problem was Best Buy didn't match the online price of Sharkonline.com.

I've nothing bad to say. A One UP goodness, is -no-belt- too eventually dry-out and become hard. That is what ended my like afair w/ my SHARP, which did very well. Handled nicely. No longer made. I habveon used the SHARK much. It gathered a LOT of crap out of my dense wool carpet where I did use it. I like being able to see how much is accumulated in the canister, and it is easy to dump, and if one wanted to, wash.

I’m in love with this vacuum!! It’s amazing! It drives itself like a self propelled mower! The amount of dirt it picks up is crazy!!! Would definitely purchase again

I bought this vacuum on Best Buy's Deal of the day. It is one of my best purchases!! Vacuum is very versatile and it works great!! Love the easy of use and also its ability to pick up a lot of debris from the carpet. Excellent suction!! Your carpet may look clean on the surface but dirty between the fibers or lower part. Love this vac!! Side Note: When I first picked up my order from BB, they gave me a USED-opened product. I'm 100% sure someone used it and returned it. Luckily I opened the box at my car and noticed that parts were put in backwards into the box, the brush head was filthy!!! Needless to say, I was super upset!!! How could they not be more careful about RETURNED used products. The box even had MY PICKUP tag! Shame on BestBuy for trying to resell a USED FILTHY product to another person. I immediately brought it back into the store and showed them what they gave me. In the end I got a new UNUSED vacuum. For those doing a pickup, check your box! Oh and on some reviews people claimed that the vacuum stopped working after couple uses. Well it did stop on me as well but I realized that if you don't have certain connections snapped in correctly, the vacuum will not turn on. So make sure if you disassemble vac to use it in various ways, make sure to snap it back in or it may not turn on. Possible safety feature perhaps.

I love this vacuum! It has a no tangle roller (no brushes) and more powerful suction than my older vacuum. Plus attachments for every job. It's awesome.

Have always had Dyson, tried something new and was not disappointed! Great suction, easy to clean, reaches hard to reach spots, with the attachments!

Best vacuum shark vertex duoclean. Excellent quality and easy. Have a cat and this vacuum picks up the fur in the carpet.

So far it's great! Haven't tried the attachments yet, but using as an upright, it works awesome! Cord is nice an long. Removing canister to dump is easy!

This vacuum cleaner is hands down the best I've ever owned. It's suction is powerful enough to easily remove all three of my cat's hair off my carpets and hardwood floors.
