Liked the features, and the price. One feature is a fail in my opinion. The "power" small brush tool is air powered and bogs down to virtually zero rotation very easily. One other possible concern if you have 1/2" high or higher nap on your carpeting you will notice the red "hot" light will come on by the time you've done one room. Let cool for ten minutes and you're good to go. Otherwise this vacuum is very good.

Very powerful, it easy to handle and it takes all the smallest particulates from my carpet, my 12 year old love to vacuum the carpets now.

I can’t believe how great my floors look after vacuuming. I’m really happy with this vacuum. Only downside, is cleaning the canister. It’s a little narrow but I was able to clean out with a duster.

Almost two years later and I still love this vacuum as much as the first day I got it. I’ve had no issues with it since buying. Great for pet owners. For reference I own a long haired Persian cat, and this vacuum cleans all of her messes with ease.

Machine is difficult for this senior lady to turn - once it turns it is hard to get back to straight up- like the machine. One problem is that it does not shut the brush off, I needed it to shut the brush off.

Easy to use and maneuver. Great vacuum for smaller home without pets. Stairs are a breeze.

Works great and does a great job. Only complaint is weight, but it's not a deal breaker.

Forget the Dyson. Shark exceeds in every way including price.

This is one of the only vacuums I could find, where the tank lifts off, and the beater head (floors) can be used to vacuum under beds & furniture. It is great!

Great Vaccum. Until it became defective for the second time around. I had exchanged it once already and the power keeps shutting down on certain days. Too heavy for me at time. Cleans great but handling it is confusing.

Lot of suction, but my old Hoover turbo vac with the brush head works better at getting up the dog hair. I think Shark needs to have a replacement brush roller to make this a better vacuum.

I did a lot of research and this vacuums was worth every minute. Total game changer with multiple flooring types in one house I had several implements for floor cleaning, now I just need this and my wet Swiffer and done!

Works great picks up a lot of dust and dog hair! Easy to empty and use on the stairs.

I purchased this to replace a Dyson pet vacuum I had for about seven years. This machine is amazing I’ve had no hair tangles a collects all the hair and dust. We have two dogs a heeler and champagne lab they both heavily shed. This works so much better then our old dyson. Removes pet hair and dirt with ease.

Exactly what I needed have 4 dogs. It is easily put together. It does a pretty good job of getting the baseboards and It easily empties.

We bought this to update from our previous vacuum. works great!

I have always loved the shark vacuum cleaners my biggest complaint is the lights shut off the vacuum when you use the wand! I still want to see!

My daughter bought this vacuum first and I was impressed with the filter system and how well it picked up hair. I bought this one for myself and I am very pleased. Best vacuum I've ever used and that's counting a LOT of vacuum cleaners of various makes and models over the years.

Amazing how much this picks up. We used our old Shark (about 5 year old model) first after getting this then ran this after to see if it was better. It was a lot better, picked up a ton of hair, dirk, etc.
