Got it to help control and suck upper hair. Works like a charm!

Have used once so far and it’s that much of a step up from the Dyson Ball I bought back in January. Cleans more than multiple passes from the Dyson.

I purchased this item a couple of weeks ago and I love it. I used to have a Dyson Pet pro vacuum and this is so much lighter and easier to use and the suction is just as good as the Dyson. I have 3 dogs and this picks up dog hair wonderfully. I love that I can take the handle off so much easier than the Dyson and use the attachments without the entire vacuum falling over when I use it. I like that it is easy to clean the filter and empty the canister. I like the ease of separating the canister from the entire vacuum to use on the stairs or to vacuum the couches. I love the idea of the 3 options of what type of suction/vacuuming you want to set it on, at the top of the handle. I have used all 3 options: hard wood floors, carpet and area rugs. I wish it came with a few more accessories, but will most likely purchase them in the near future. I have only good things to say about this vacuum. I highly recommend it.

This vacuum is the best! It’s pricey but it’s worth it! It cleans hard floor and carpet. I love it and highly Recommend it.

Best vacuum ever. It picks up everything. The suction is amazing. The power lift and attachments really let me get everywhere I need to so I can clean my home. Cord is long I don’t need to keep plugging and unplugging. Only complaint is it’s on the heavy side and took some getting use to. I tried so many other vacuums, none compare to the vertex suction power.

Worth the money! I had to replace another name-brand vacuum. We have two large dogs, and the dog hair was getting out of control with my old vacuum. The suction of my new Shark - Vertex DuoClean with Powered Lift-Away is outstanding and does a great job of getting the dog hair that accumulates in the corners!

I’ve had this vacuum for over a year and it’s still works great! I have 2 dogs (one long-haired) that sheds a LOT, but the vacuum is still as good today as it was the day I got it! Easy to maneuver in and out of small places.

This is the best vacuum ! This is so functional! We have a German shepherd and she sheds so much! It is nice having something that actually gets all the hair off the floor and couch!

Does a good job on all surfaces, easy to dump dirt and debris, long cord reaches most areas in our apartment, Heavy enough to deep clean carpet and rugs with 3 depth settings.

This vacuum has great suction but has a very strong blower so it throws the hair and dirt everywhere before you can vacuum it up. I purchased Nov 5th 2022 so its just a little over 2 years old and it has already completely quit working. It wont even turn on. I paid 450.00 for it. Not a good return for the money.

The problem with this vac as well as the other 2 Shark vacs I purchased is that the hose is too short. When you are trying to vac out a shelf up high it won't reach and when you are using the nozzle to vac an edge the vacuum will fall over on you. Also, in order to stop the beater brush from rotating you have to shut it off and re-start it, you can't just switch the button to hard floors and have it stop.

So great on my thick carpet. Both our vacuums for our respective houses couldn’t handle it even at the highest levels. It was literally hurting my back and arms trying to vaccine.
