I have been purchasing Shark products for a couple years now and my latest purchase of the Shark Vertex DuoClean from the Shark I had before has taken some getting use to. My other Shark was a Shark Duo it had the double rollers and the suction was great as in this new perches which has even more suction and 3 different levels floor, carpet, and shag carpet. I love the feature that allows me to remove the canister and vacuum under furniture however it does take some getting use too due to the suction strength. If I had to critique anything is that the front part of this model is too wide and cant get into some areas that I did with my other Shark which I loved because it was more compact. This one is a bit more bulky.

Best vacuum we have ever bought. Deep cleaning like no other. We have a dog and a cat and this vacuum gets everything. No hair gets tangled up in the brush ether. And the hepa filter system is excellent.

Easy to use, lightweight and heavy duty. This vacuum sucks up 3x the dirt my old vacuum did. I thought it was a great vacuum at a great price. I’ve had more expensive vacuums not preform as good as this one.

I really wanted to get a Dyson because they look better, but this vacuum does the job just as good and better in some areas. Did plenty of research before purchasing and it has been living up to the hype. This is my 2nd Shark vacuum cleaner.

So much suction. Even after going over carpet with my Dyson, the shark got so much more dirt out. Wish cord was longer , other then that I love it.

Love this vacuum, not to heavy to lift up the stairs and gets rid of all the pet hair and dirt. Love it and it fits in the hard to reach places absolutely love it!

This vacuum is crazy powerful. You can feel it pulling you along as it is dislodging dirt and dust from carpets and rugs. Very pleased with performance. Only complaint would be the cord management and the tendency for the unit to tip over when using wand or attachments.

Great vaccum. It was great with having 2 golden retrievers and the hair they leave being. Bad thing is it only lasted less than a year. Best Buy gave me the money back to go towards a new vaccum. Wanted to get another shark because they are the best with dog hair but they had none in stock so had to get a Dyson. Sure do miss my shark vaccum.

BEST VACUUM EVER. We bought this to replace a Dyson we spent way to much money on. We have multiple pets and it makes short work of pet hair. Great on hardwood and carpet. Highly recommend this vacuum for the price.

It met and exceeded my expectations. I love the way is swivels for easy clearing. It is a little heavy when you are pulling it back gut that is not a problem.

I absolutely recommend! Especially if you have pets. Super versatile. I will no longer be buying Dyson, as their products just don't hold up.

Use it all the time. Good value and unit works well.

Needed a new one and out older dyson ball just wasn't cutting it anymore. This works great. The brush on this works far better than anything I've ever used. Lift away is a nice feature and allows getting under almost all furniture. Very happy with it.

Best suction in the business. Good sized canister, extra long cord and love the lift away capability. Gotta say it's better than the Dyson I just trashed.

Love this vacuum! Great power, much better than the rechargeable stick vacuums. Tested by using stick vacuum and then this Shark Vertex and it pulled up dust that the stick vacuum did not. Love the light so you can see in darker areas. Wish it had a light on the hose when you detach it.

I hate this vacuum. While the suction is good, it is wayyy too heavy and is constantly tipping over. When I take it off to carry it around (stairs, etc) it also falls. My legs are all banged up from it falling against them. The wand hose is also too short, which I believe contributes to it tipping. I didnt realize it only had a 2 week return period. Now I am stuck with an expensive vacuum that I cannot stand.

We own a cleaning business and did a lot of research before purchasing a vacuum. This vacuum is clear winner, and all our cleaners are thoroughly impressed how well this vacuum picks up what others don’t! You won’t be disappointed!

Love this vacuum. It is quieter, handles great and does the job. Love to be able to remove the canister to vacuum my stairs.

It sucks REAL GOOD !!! Asdfjkl; qwerty every good boy does fine. The quick red fox jumped over the lazy brown dog.

Easily the best vacuum ive owned. I ran the shark apex and the vertex back to back and the vertex picked up WAY more debris 100% would recommend
