Love this vacuum. The power is great and the cleaning is easy

After finally ditching Dyson, spent about a year looking at various vacuums (robot, stick, etc.) and finally pulled the trigger on this machine. Setup is quick, suction is unmatched and the amount of “stuff” it picks up will amaze you.

Great vacuum. Definitely as advertised. We definitely prefer this over the Dyson

As someone who has 3 dogs and 3 cats, this vaccum really does an amazing job getting into the carpet. This vacuum does a DEEP CLEAN!!

Love Shark vacuums, my husband has replaced his choice vacuum 3 times with the same product. One Shark vacuum and you won't have to replace it for years. It's a great Vacume

Generally shark is my FAVORITE brand for vacuums. Ive never been unhappy with a vacuum i have purchased... until now. Pros are great suction, long cord.... and ... thats about it i think. CONS: headlight feature ONLY works WHILE using any brushroll setting - as soon as you switch to the wand the headlights go off (when vacuum shopping the headlight feature is a REQUIREMENT for me, which this vacuum advertised "LED HEADLIGHTS", however didnt mention the limitations to this features availability. Power button is poorly placed and often has to be pressed several times before it actually powers the vacuum on/off. Brushroll settings toggle switch placed in a weird, almost inconvenient, location. There are both pros and cons with this model.. the headlight feature was the selling point for me.. turns out i was mislead. I even read A TON of reviews. Really really disappointed. Wish i had never purchased this vacuum. Way too much money for me to be this disappointed in it.

The vaccum is a very strong suction power, but not sure if the suction will remain this strong after a few years. One thing I dislike about this vaccum is its power button. It's kind of hard to turn on and off sometime. You have to really push down the button for it to turn on/off. Other than that its a great vaccum so far.

After many kinds of vacuums and disappointments, and even Dyson, it is by far best that I had purchased. It does exactly what it should. Great features in all

Works great. Grabs all the hair off of my high volume carpet. So glad i chose this one. Shark never lets me down.

Didn’t know I had that much dirt in my carpet. Used this once and was amazed at the dirt it pulled out of the carpet.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. I bought it because the roomba that I have was not doing a good job cleaning my carpet. This vacuum did the deep cleaning that I was looking for and my carpet is clean and fresh again.

This vacuum is very easy to assemble and is by far the best vacuum I’ve ever purchased. I thought my old vacuum was doing a decent job, that was until I used the new Shark vertex. My carpets look much better than before.

I purchased this specifically for dog hair and when I tell this machine is amazing. I am very pleased. I would recommend.

Talk about cleaning. This vacuum really pulls the dirt out of our carpets and cleans our new wood floors too. Love the Lift-Away that allows me to clean places without having to move furtniture.

Shark - Vertex DuoClean has really powerful suction. I'm amazed how my bare floors look after cleaning. Accessories included are nice. If the unit doesn't turn on, just ensure all connections are securely clicked into place.

Shark really makes great products. I have owned several vacuums and they have all been great.

BEST VACUUM EVER! I have owned many vacuums in my life, other Sharks and other brands, this by far is the best model I have had. Suction is perfect! So strong and works so well! Love this thing!!!
