Great sweeper. Not too heavy and I works on both shag snd plush carpet and hard floors. Carton was damaged so was afraid the item would be damaged also but was ok.

It cleans up all my wife's hair off the floor without any issues!

Amazing for pets ! Able to lick uo large amounts of hair easy.

Picks up everything on a hard surface with the brush roller. Laser/green light works well for hard surfaces too.

We have 50/50 vinyl and carpet in the house. This vacuum just handles all of it including an area shag carpet which is amazing.

Easy to put together and use...bought it prior to moving and was amazed at how much came out of the carpets after using the old machine. Has three levels for different flooring and used them all. Love the self cleaning rollers.

This is actually one of the better vacuums I have used. We have 3 cats and 1 dog in our house and it picks up all of that fur no problem! I also love that I can detach the actual vacuum part and carry it around to clean the cat towers. Makes things so much easier. I would recommend this to anyone with pets.

Finally got rid of my bulky 10-year-old Dyson for this Shark. Easy to assemble, navigate, and I feel the cleaning is superior. Still getting use to it, but I really like it. Also the filter is so much easier to clean!

My son bought me this vacuum it is Rosegold and very beautiful and Powerful. The best vacuum I have ever had. It was like putting a transformer together. Lol. I love it.

It picked up more dust on the first pass then my last vacuum did for the whole house. The best part is I don’t have to clean hair anymore my lady has long hair and wears up to 24in weave no problem for this vacuum

Kinda skeptical about the roller in front but it really picks up "extra" dirt that a standard single brush doesn't get , very powerful suction and we do notice more crud in the canister that our Shark professional didn't pick up. The power pet brush also had me wondering , the old Shark's power pet brush was motorized and this one runs strictly off suction that makes the inner wheel spin , you have to turn it down because its more powerful. Overall this is a much better vacuum than expected. Don't cheap out on a vacuum get the best .

It does the job well The machineis not too difficult to clean the Inside of. As advertised, hairs do are not getting caught on the roller It's loud and I wish the bare floor setting would turn off the roller

We were a little leary buying this as it was a little wider than our previous Shark (that lasted forever). It took a bit to get used to navigating it, but it is AWESOME ! The suction this vacuum has is incredible !!!
