Best vacuum we've every owned! Had it for a month now n it sucks up hair (3 cats) without clogging or leaving any behind. Works great n goes directly from hardwood to carpet without skipping a beat, even if you forget to change the floor setting. The dual roller head really works great. Vac is expensive but you get what you pay for, especially compared to your typical <$150 store vac. Carries easily as in the item description & pictures. Only downside we've found is that there isn't a proper storage spot built into the vac for the small roller attachment but that's getting really nitpicking. Great vac & the rose gold color scored me bonus points at home!

Amazing vacuum. Purchased this for my son, because he purchased a Dyson which is TERRIBLE. They work great at first and then....not so good. The Shark - is a reliable and tough vacuum.

So far so good.! I am not finding that I need to stop the vacuum and untangle hair as previous vacuums. And the amount of dust the vacuum sucks up is an eye opener!

Easy to use throughout the house, so far have enjoyed the vacuum.

Amazing product, incredible suction power. Only downside is that when ever I use the lift away if a bit heavy and the cord of the vacuum is very stiff and short. Other than that it’s a great product

Pricey but worth it. This vacuum is AMAZING, my only complaint with the purchase is with best buy and not the vacuum. I love that it can go from carpet to hardwood with a quick flip of a switch

So far it has been great! The best vacuum I’ve ever had! Super powerful! I have two dogs, one sheds like crazy and this vacuum cleans the mess right away!

Awesome vacuum. I have hardwoods and carpets and this works beautifully on both of them. The hose is a little stiff initially, but becomes easier to work with the more you use it. Great buy!

This is a really powerful vacuum and took a minute to get the hang of. Seriously the floor settings on this are important to use and make all surfaces clean in no time.

Love it! My carpet has never felt cleaner! Picks up everything the first swipe. We have a toddler and another on the way, so we needed something strong.

Works very well with great suction. It is a bit cumbersome on stairs.

A week ago, I would have given this 5 stars. I have a Samoyed, which is a sentient 60 lb ball of hair, and this thing is an absolute BEAST when it comes to cleaning up after it. I ordered it a little over a month ago and had used it many times. However, got it out today and the brush rolls wouldn't work. Ran every troubleshooting thing I could think of, and it turns out the wand that connects the hose to the rollers went out. It's replaceable, but it's another $40 I didn't want to spend on an already pricey appliance. And of course it was 2 days outside the return window and this part isn't covered by the warrenty It's unfortunate. I really did love it

I love how versatile the vacuum is! The brush roll in front helps pick up beautifully and the suction really deep cleans! The floor options is just as awesome as well! I say get it!

I like the fact that not only Kennett clean carpet but it cleans wood floors and tile floors. It gets the dust on the floors and I don’t have to buy any bags I just empty the cup.

I love this little carpet cleaner, its easy to use wet or dry.
