Love this vacuum. I switched from a Dyson to a shark a few years back and really thought it did a great job with our pets. I needed to purchase a new one for our first floor and decided on this model for our dogs. It is wonderful! My only complaint is that it works like a self- propelled model and sometimes hit my furniture if I’m not careful. Love it and would definitely purchase again. It’s expensive but with it.

We purchased since we have two Newfoundlands and their dog hair is crazy… I don’t have to clean the brush as often which is really nice, and the suction is really good. The issue is 6 months in we had to take the whole thing apart to clean the inside from dog hair. It stopped working and the issue was not covered by the warranty… thank god for YouTube to help repair

After replacing a vacuum that I've had for over 20 years, this one is such a dream. No more bags and pushing heavy stuff vacuum cleaner. I love how multi functional it is and it sucks up so much dirt. Taking up dirt that my old vacuum missed. I'm very pleased with my purchase and even happier that I got it on sale

Great product ! It more powerful then my old one. I needed the power head for the dog hair. I purchased this one cause of the power lift away.

Very expensive, but boy does it work. I don't yet have a long term review, but as long as it is reliable I view it as a "cry once, buy once" type purchase.

This machine easy to unpack and put together. Much lighter and easier to use than that other brand. (The one that makes all the good hand driers. Does what I need.

This vacuum has great suction inability to clean the hardwood floors and carpet with ease. Built well with a long power cord this is by far my favorite vacuum.

Great power, reach and easy to use. We askes a BB representative on the best full size vacuum in our range and he was not wrong. We do reccommend!

Oh my gosh the power and performance. Picks up everything. Keeps blades clean from hair. It does have power to drive itself. Almost too much. Amazing.

This vac has serious suction. We are a multi dog family and this vacuum gets the hair out of the rugs.

Excellent Shark! This is what I’ve come to expect from Shark, great preform and quality that rivals Dyson.

It is a very powerful vacuum. It really isn’t easy for a left handed person to use. The power cord is on the left hand side, so it gets caught easily when you use to push with your left hand. Middle placement would have been TONs better
