    Fantastic vacuum, the hose for vacuuming furniture is much better than Dyson. I ordered this on Sunday morning, It was at my door 24 hours later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Great item, but don't buy from Best Buy around Christmas, they ship it in original packaging for everyone to see. Then the nonstop emails about customer questions!

    This is an awesome vacuum cleaner if you have pets and children or not. It locks in all access dust and allergens as you vacuum. Well worth the money.

    I love this thing ❤️. I always get the protection plan because it sometimes dies anywhere from 1-3 years but always got a replacement free of charge from best buy with geek squad protection.

    This vacuum shouldn’t cost more than $200, so its $500 retail price is absolutely not woth it. Its bagless system does a very poor job in removing the finer dust before it makes it to the filter. The filtration system is awful. After my first use the filter was caked in dust, even the HEPA filter had dust on it. That filtration system will absolutely shorten the life on the motor. I would not recommend at its current price, or any proce above $200.

    It was between this and the dyson animal, and we are glad we went with the shark. We have a lot of hardwood floors and rugs and this is perfect for it.
