    So far so good. The previous Shark vacuum I purchased stopped working after 6 months and I don’t even have carpet. This is an upgraded model and it’s working out good.

    So far it works. Get the warranty if you have dogs. We seem to burn these up in two years so the protection helps.

    Really, really good vacuum cleaner. Until the brush head stops working. and it *will* stop working. Shark considers the entire head a "wear" part so anything that happens isn't covered by the warranty. But they'll sell you a new head piece. If you get this, make sure to get the BestBuy plan on it because, when something happens, Shark doesn't cover it.
